I think it is unfortunate that most of the reviews are from unsatisfied customers, when they should be contacting the merchant. I just emailed them to see if they could find an obsolete bulb for a 20 year old sewing machine. They asked for a picture, and emailed me back that they had it in stock. And it wasnt expensive! They are great, we buy all our batteries and bulbs here.

It was very easy to order the battery I needed for my cell phone. I have never been to that area of the city but with my GPS allow me to find it. Because I didnt come straight from home I need directions to head back home. Yes I could of used my GPS again but the store very helpful and explained so clearly where to turn. I would buy from this store again.
