A great phone service provider. The employees were helpful in my process of switching carriers. And a good time to switch as well, I wasnt aware of the promotional plan (8gb of LTE data for $50) as of this writing, and made it more appealing to go from $40 to $50. Overall, a good location to stop by if you want to switch, pay for your bill, or just to see what they have to offer.

Customer service needs to be improved! My mom got her first smart phone and obviously she had tons of questions. They treated her like she was stupid and you could tell they were getting agrivated with her. Which was upsetting me. I wanted to go off on them but I wasnt raised to disrespect and act like fool in public. I just kept my mouth shut.
