I bought a new phone at this store almost two weeks ago. The salesman, Kevin Aquilino, was outstanding. His partner (who I forgot the name of- Matt maybe? sorry) was also very good and helped me while Kevin helped another customer who was there before me. I went in to buy a particular phone but Kevins partner recommended a different phone (which I like very much) to better meet my needs. I would highly recommend Kevin or his partner. They are both professional, knowledgeable and personable. When I had a problem a few days later Kevin was prompt in returning my call. I was very impressed!! (Note:The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because I went in with a problem and encountered a young salesman there who did not seem to really care about my problem or solving it. I followed up with Kevin who promptly and enthusiastically solved my problem for me!)

My old lg4 phone died. I came into the Verizon store to pick up a newer phone. My service rep, Mr. Andy Lareau, assisted me with my new selection. I had many questions and he was both careful and thorough and making sure that I had my questions all answered completely. I am a very careful and thoughtful consumer and I found him to be excellent and considerate. We went over many options and decided upon the best phone for me and my needs. I trust his opinion and direction. Verizon customer for many years especially because of their customer service and reliability. Andy Lareau represents the Excellence and customer service commitment that I expect from Verizon. If you go to the store please check him out. You will be thankful you did.

I had the distinct pleasure of having Nic help set up my granddaughter with a new phone. He went completely out of his way, even delivering her phone to her in person, due to her not having any transportation to his Verizon store ! He was also very diligent, honest, & trustworthy in completing all the needed paperwork, as I reside in Seattle, Washington, and me not being able to be there in person. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a proactive, competent, & trustworthy Verizon Rep. Nic made the whole transaction just seamless. BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE!!!!!!DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! They have screwed me over twice. Put me under a 2 year contract twice without my knowledge, put items in my bag they said were free and would cost me nothing extra per month but LIED... (and shame on me too, nothing is "free") The sales people will take advantage of you and are out to make money and they dont care how they do it. If you buy ANYTHING from this store, go back over your monthly bill and make sure they didnt add extra fees or put you under a contract without your knowledge. I will NEVER go there again!

Great customer service. These guys are great. Patient, kind, understanding. Seniors and young alike, as well as those who are tech savvy will love this store. Professional and fast - they will find you the best deals to meet your needs - bundle packages and rebates. They helped me navigate thru some apps and features to make the entire cell phone experience a pleasure verses a struggle. I sincerely recommend this store.

WOW. Wow wow.what service. My husband passed away six months ago and we had problems with verizon. Katherine the service rep guided me through the whole thing even though she lost customers because she took the time to help me.How great is that . Thank you cellular sales for having Katherine for one of your employees. I sincerely hope you realize what value she is to you

Every time I need assistance at the Eustis and Leesburg Florida Verizon stores, they service has been fantastic! My favorite sales rep is Matt Mishler. Matt has assisted me and my family many times through upgrades and stolen phones. He also has always been their for us to look for ways to save money on our account. All the sales reps are great at the two stores above.

Jorge Lopez was absolutley incredible helping me out switching my service over. He was so helpful, explained everything and even helped with picking out accessories. I am so happy with this store!!!!! Definitely reccomend if you plan on switching plans to come here, you will be pleased, so easy and just a great experience.

I met with Javid today and upgraded to my first smartphone. He was an excellent help in steering me to the right phone that I was looking for. He was VERY VERY helpful in answering all my questions and if Verizon/Cellular Sales had more employees like Javid he would put ATT Boost Mobile and Cellular One out of business.

What a "life saver "....new phone and Andy had the foresight months ago to set me up to have all my information backed up.... .So today I was treated like a King.
