this is a horrible store. I just absolutely hate going here if I didnt have to and there was a closet one I would go to them in a heart beat. I went in one day with problems with my iPhone 6 Plus which I have insurance on. and the guy Gabriel acted like I bothered him. he told me oh well go to the Apple Store and then I told him I bought it through T-Mobile and he got in my face and got really rude with me and told me its not his fault my phone acts up his does it all the time. well Im sorry its supposed to be your job to fix it. he wouldnt even let me finish tellin him what was wrong with my phone he kept cutting me off then started speaking Spanish which I know fluent he just didnt know that. needless to say I will be leaving t mobile due to his disrespect and that wasnt the first time he got like that. and worst part was is Im a female and I had my 4 year old daughter with me when he got in my face. total disrespect. second time my mom went in and got him also and asked how to master reset her tablet which she bought through T-Mobile and he said are you kidding me its just a button and my mom said Im sorry what button so he took it from her and did it and then threw it back at her um thats not customer service. oh and by the way my phone was broke because I went to another T-Mobile and had to order me a new phone because it was completely broke!!! I would t even give this store a star if I could. theres one great worker there and her name is roza I believe Nd shes wonderful I will only go if shes there. she should be manager she always gives u respect and answers.

Ive been a long time customer of T-Mobile, however, this 1 time in store visit has left me a bit sour! Since they recently changed replacement phone delivery to "in store only", its becoming a nightmare for me to get my cell. I was the first customer of the day and the ONLY person who acknowledged me and asked how they can be of assistance was a Trainee, yes a trainee, the other "reps" ignored me, never came up to ask what I needed assistance with, nothing, they should FIRE the entire staff, except for the new Lady who was a trainee, and she should train the new hires who replaces those robotic, inhumane monsters with name tags, because they are not personable, unavailable, and attitudes are the worst, not what a customer service rep should be! Anywho, I eventually left and called customer service who then conferenced me in with the store and one of the store reps tells the phone rep that my cell was not delivered, the phone rep stated it showed in their system it was delivered and exactly who signed for it, the store rep felt like a jackass, which was fitting, she then goes on to say, "well, even though its here my manager Freddy Lawson left so he hasnt signed off to release it and for me, the customer, to call back tomorrow to check if he signed off to have it released", phone rep then asked for store managers name and schedule, store rep stated "well, he really doesnt have a schedule, he comes and goes as he pleases" HaHaHaHaHaHa, WTF, no schedule, comes and goes, and me, their longtime customer has to play a game of cat and mouse to get my cell???

On Wednesday February 22, I was at the store for the purpose of returning a new phone and having an existing one in my position activated in its place. To begin with I was told that it could not be done, since according to their records the phone had been purchased more than 14 days ago and in spite of the fact that the phone in question, was purchased by my son, the account holder out of state, and shipped by the store that sold the unit and was adding two new lines to the account, and shipped the new phones, to my florida address, to be activated after their arrival, and the release of the two phone numbers by my previous carrier, all this caused the newly purchased to be not activated, until the evening of February 8. The struggle to clear the issue continued until the store closing time and requiring the intervention or participation, of at least two employees, a store manager who disappeared and when being called send a message with the employee looking for him saying that he was OFF the clock, while the T Mobile customer service manager(also out of state)was on the phone trying to speak to him, then the assistant store manager talked with the customer service manager waiting on the line. In the end, another store employee was left with the task to do what the customer service manager had instructed to be done in order to accomplish my request. By that time the store had already been closed, I was the only customer left and I ended up leaving with out realizing what I was there for. TOTALLY FRUSTRATING AND DISAPPOINTING !

My boyfriend and I visited T-Mobile Monday 03/28 to upgrade our two phones to galaxy 7s. As well as to purchase two classic watches, which this location did not have at the time . We were torn between finding a different store or just coming back when this location had the watches in Stock. But, the manager Jen that was helping us at the time made a few phone calls to different locations to see if they had watches for us. Since we were not in too much of a rush she offered to order the watches for us and have them sent to our home. She was phenomenal and made us the happiest people in the store for going out of her way to make sure we were taken care of. Gustavo, was the gentleman whom upgraded our phones and took his time to explain what we were paying and what documents we were signing. He completely made our experience memorable right along with the entire staff that were working. Gustavo, AJ, Jen, TT, and Jarrett all were making us smile just by them going above and beyond expectations. TT and AJ remembered us from a few days prior when I walked in and that touched me she saw how excited we were to have out new phones . I wanted to say that this team at this location are amazing and we wont go to any other T-Mobile in the future! Thank you all for the warm welcome and for simply just being so nice and patient. Have always been fond of them and have been very helpful until this past week with the iPhone coming out. Was the first person on a "list" to be "guaranteed" a new phone!!!! Was told multiple times it was guarantee and no need to preorder as they made a promise that the phones were ours. Lied to multiple times after this. Two days before was told by assistant manager to be there at 6am and the phones were mine as I was first on their list. Night before I call them and they tell me they are not even getting the phones in for Friday, but they would call me when they come in. Told them I called customer service and was told that they would be getting the phones in. I called them Friday and again I was told they never got the phones but come see me and I will take care of you by the manager. Called Saturday and was told that they actually got the phones and they are all gone!!!! LIES LIES and more LIES. I can handle the truth and it would have been nice if they had just been up front and told me that they couldnt honor the list they created. If they hadnt made all this up I would have gone home and preordered the phone and would actually have it today. Instead I will now have to wait till the hype wears off and get the phone later. Dont trust anything they tell you!!!!
