This is the absolutely WORST cell phone retailer I have ever worked with. One star is way too generous! The owner, Sylvia Humphrey, failed to advise me properly as how to retain my current number which I have had for over twenty years. It was lost. I was charged $30, initially $50 because of this error and offered a case for "my inconvenience" which I did not accept. Silvia did not keep her prearranged appointment with me to correct some of the issues -I had with the phone and didnt advise me in advance. She said she would have a replacement phone for me since I couldnt make or receive calls with the original phone I purchased. I did have texting and email capabilities. its been over a week since that was said...I had no phone service for days...and still havent heard from her. I made numerous trips to this office, only to be frustrated again and again...not having a usable cell phone. Sylvias employees Christain (personable) and Cody (helpful to a point) obviously dont have the product knowledge or training to service customers properly. The physical office was lacking in cleanliness and organization. There was minimal inventory, mostly in cell phone cases. In my opinion, this is a churn and burn dealership, that should be avoided at all costs unless you have time and money to waste and enjoy being stressed out and frustrated to the max. Finally, my succeeding experience with. Boost Mobiles home office in California AND Boost Mobiles retail store on Wooster Road N in Barberton, Ohio has been most helpful in reclaiming my previous phone number and assisting me in the understanding of my cell phone. Thanks Erica and Dan!! They get a 5-Star plus rating! Both know their products and services and I would gladly retain them as my Boost dealer without hesitation. They deserve my business! Finally, I find Boost Moble to be an exceptional company which I would highly recommmend with the exception of those (hopefully few) dealerships which are self serving as was my initial experience. I appreciate all my customers and strive to give the best customer service experience! I have had very few customer service complaints and Im sad to hear that she was so unsatisfied with the service received. This customer was unfortunately very difficult to deal with, because she did not follow my initial instructions and cancelled her number before it ported over. I understood how upsetting loosing a number can be. I replaced her phone, didnt charge any additional fees and even gave her one month of free service. All this in spite of how disrespectful she was to my employees, I tried to contact her on several different occassions when my employee told me she stopped by and still was not satisfied. I even called and talked with her boyfriend Commesse who was very understanding, but couldnt give me any suggestions on how to satisfy her. At that point, sadly I realized that there was nothing else I could do to make her happy.
