Recently, on one early morning the battery of my 2013 Honda Odyssey went dead and the car refused to start even with the help of a jumper cable. I searched online for a replacement so that I could quickly change the battery within the morning. There were several options with a wide range of prices between $60 for cheap alternative and $260 for a premier one. Most of the places within a 15 mile radius of my home either had no compatible replacements in stock or had a pickup time later in the day or the next day. Fortunately I found Batteries Plus Bulbs website. It made my online shopping quick and simple. Within a few minutes I was able to purchase a replacement at a very competitive and reasonable price and I could pick up my purchase in 2 hours at this Batteries Plus Bulbs store on N Alafaya Trail. Customer service I received there was excellent. Regarding the replacement, I got the Duracell Ultra Gold Battery. I would say it is the best of the best out there in the market. I will definitely go to Batteries Plus Bulbs again for all my future battery needs. I would highly recommend this place to you as well.

Ive always had good experiences at BatteriesPlus. Recently, I went to the store near Waterford Lakes with an iPhone that looked like it needed a new battery. Replacing the battery didnt fix the problem though, so I took it to the Apple Store. Even though the phone was over a year old and out of warranty, they wouldnt even look at it because I had gone outside the Apple universe, so to speak. I called the Customer Service line at corporate and they put me in touch with Beth. When I took the phone to Beth, she was able to figure out what was wrong with the phone, which had nothing to do with the battery. She harvested a few parts from other iPhones of the same version and got mine working just fine. She really went above and beyond to figure out what the problem was and take care of it. Also, thanks to Andie at the BatteriesPlus customer service department, who also worked really hard to help get this figured out.

Ive come to this store numerous times for various things like a car battery replacement, windshield wipers (I was surprised they had these; good quality - I recommend you see if they have ones to fit your own vehicle), phone battery replacements, watch battery replacement, phone screen replacement and tempered glass screen for my phone. Service has always been great. The manager, Will, is very knowledgeable about batteries and bulbs. Excellent with phone repairs; I would recommend him over some of the other stores in the area in a heartbeat. You can trust that he will only try selling you what you need. The store is always clean and inviting. I highly recommend visiting this store for all your bulb, battery, and phone repair needs.

Went to this location to have my phone repaired a second time, ya know, after thoroughly neglecting and smashing my phone to bits. Spoke with an associate named Justin who had informed me of a system error in which I was overcharged. Justin was a tremendous help! Fixed my phone and even got my money back! Not only was Justin completely honest, he had also demonstrated integrity with a great sense of humor. I cannot express how grateful am for his help. If youre reading this and need your phone repaired or just a battery and/or bulb... this is the best location of the chain. Youre in good hands here.

Took an iPhone in for a screen replacement was told it would be done in an hour, ended up taking 5 hours. I was told they would call when it was done and I had to call them to get any answer. When I picked up the phone the home button doesnt work and the whole bottom of the screen now doesnt work. They said they would order new parts and let me know when they could fix this, its 2 days and no contact from at all. After talking to the manager they ordered a new screen and fixed all the problems. The phone works great now.

Ordered battery online to be shipped to store. Received call from store that battery was ready to be picked up. Got to store only to find out that the battery I wanted was backordered. I accepted a replacement after being assured that it fit my car. Took battery home only to find out it didnt fit my car. Returned battey to store and picked up the correct battery. I do not consider this a good experience.

Went into the store about a month ago and the customer service representative offered to price match for some batteries I had on amazon. I came into the store today and they said the store didnt do that. Horrible customer service, I will continue to buy from amazon.
