I try NEVER to do this..but I am super upset. If you are looking for a car DO NOT GO TO REAGOR!! I purchased my car from them December 2015. Even though I had my own financing they offered to "find me a better interest rate" so, without knowing the repercussions, I agreed. They proceeded to run my credit over 20 times. This caused my credit score to drop drastically!!! Please do not fall for this scam..they are tied in with finance companies and get a percentage of the interest rates. Two weeks after driving my car off of the lot, the rear differential went out! I took my car back to the service department who assured me it would be covered by the warranty. I waited a few WEEKS and then started asking for my car back...I was told, by my salesman, that they were keeping it for a while because they did not want the warranty company to reject the claim (since I had only had it two weeks and had only put 400 miles on it) It was a preexisting condition that should have been found if Reagor inspected their used cars the way they claim too. I was also told that if the warranty company called me I needed to say the noise was not preexisting! I finally got my car back close to TWO months later but at least it was fixed. They would have kept it longer but I finally went straight to Bart Reagor and got a fire lit. FAST FORWARD to now. I took my car in on Monday because my tire sensor lights and my traction control lights were coming on. No big deal, I took it into the service department, the service manager said it would be covered and he would call the warranty company to file the claim. Well today he called me and said that it WOULD NOT BE COVERED. Since I was not given any paperwork on the warranty at the time of purchase, I went into the sales office on 82nd and Milwaukee and asked for a copy, The girl I spoke to inadvertently gave me a copy of the contract details (pricing) page. It shows that the dealers cost for the warranty is $1759.00 yet Reagor clearly charged me $3000.00!!! While this may be legal (I dont know if it is or not) it is UNETHICAL!! Reagor profited $1241.00 from just typing in an amount for a warranty that is basically worthless to me. Please do not think that just because you know the salesperson (which is why I went to Reagor to begin with) that you will be treated fairly. I am not going to put the salesman on blast here because he was just doing his job the way Reagor policy demands and he has a family to feed and although he was not a good enough friend not to steer me clear of the scams I am a good enough friend not to put him on blast. My point is just this DO NOT TRUST REAGOR!! NO MATTER WHAT!

Over all experience was OK could of been better. I was never ask to take the truck for a test drive and was told differently about the miles on the truck.asked if truck had been checked out (UCI) sales man said he pretty much think it had been but nevered checked it out.then finally got to test drive truck had some issues bout the truck told the salesman and he said well not all trucks are perfect! I my not be a salesman but I know I would not say that to my customer ever!!.the brakes we replaced on the front and rear were not checked out wat so ever and there are problems with them. I talk to a service manager and he saw from the UCI that the truck needed a front end alignment rear shocks were leaking and it was put to the side so it could pass inspection. To be honest with you on that ,that is not good business. My mirrors do not work at all and when I asked to see if they can get fixed I was told will see and thats not good at all.. Now I was told I have a choice to make either get my mirrors fixed or my rear brakes fixed now I dont think thats fair at all I think that everything on the truck that has a problem with it should be fixed example rear brakes frontend alignment rear shocks motor for the mirrors but all these problems should have been fixed before truck was sold espeissuey when it was known about it. 2007 Chevy truck is what I bought 70% OK with truck and 30% unhappy overall with service and salesman. I contacted Reagor Dykes in reference to a truck that I found on their website. Kimberly who answered the phone was very polite and was able to take down information about the vehicle I was looking at as well as the price I was wanting to pay. She put me in contact with Bailey Hughes who is located at Reagor Dykes at 1211 19th. Bailey called me back almost immediately. He was already informed by Kimberly as to the vehicle and the price I was looking at. We were able to discuss a lot of information about buying a truck over the phone, but he was also very understandable about me wanting to do the rest face to face. Bailey was the best car salesman I have ever dealt with. He made everything very easy and was not pushy about selling a vehicle to better his bank account. After purchasing my new truck, Bailey made sure the vehicle was washed and had fuel in it. Just to take it a step further, I received a follow up call from both Kimberly and Bailey to make sure all was good with my new purchase. I would highly recommend Bailey to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

We have returned to this location because we had such a great and smooth experience about 6 years ago. However, this last experience has been a NIGHTMARE. We have been patient and understanding for the last month with this company and the salesman and finance manager we have been dealing with but at this point, we are beyond that. We have had to sign the car deal not ONCE or TWICE but THREE TIMES...I have been given names to contact and I have yet to speak with anyone since then. I would recommend this company only if you would like MISLEADING, UNRELIABLE, or IGNORANT people to work with you or for you in a search of a new/used vehicle. I forgot to mention if you have any concern about your credit report being effected by them...it will and not for a positive. I have requested the GSM and a specific FINANCE MANAGER to contact me but have not heard anything. Obviously their customers are not of any importance once a deal has been signed, even if it took THREE TIMES to sign it. Who knows, it could still take a 4th or 5th time to get this corrected.
