As most of the reviewers have said, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Emphasize on horrible. I recently went in on Dec. 28th to look for a new car to buy but ended up leaving in disappointment and anger instead. Brenda Zamora, my saleswomen, at first was very friendly and willing to help me out through the car buying process since I told her it was my first time purchasing a vehicle. After this I felt right away she wanted to take advantage of me since I was new to the scene. She constantly tried to persuade me into buying a used car when I clearly was looking for a new car. She kept insisting that a used car had many discounts while the new 2016 Corolla I wanted had none whatsoever. After I finally test drove the Corolla I wanted, priced at $18,995, we started to talk numbers and this is where all the lies began! The first lie occurred when she tricked me into checking my credit score! I had told her why she had done it and she lied to my face and rejected the fact that she clearly ran my credit score. The reason I know this is because every time I have a new credit inquiry I get alerted via email. Secondly, she claimed I was not approved for the new 2016 Corolla without a co-signer and so she brought out a used 2016 Corolla. It was the same year and same model only a different color as the new Corolla I originally wanted. What threw me off was that it was the same price as the NEW Corolla! I dont understand how a USED car with 1,300 miles cost the same as a brand new car with 0 miles?! I immediately rejected the deal since it was obviously a ripoff and because I wanted the new Corolla as well and so I said I needed to consult someone else. As soon as she knew I wanted to leave she offered me a $1,000 discount on the NEW 2016 Corolla but the only way to receive the discount was to sign right there and then! Thats when I caught her lying for the second time! Throughout my entire visit she insisted the new Corolla had no discounts, none! I finally asked her if I would need a co-signer to be able to sign, since she did originally say I needed one, and right away told me no. She said I could sign by myself. That was the last straw for me. I caught her lying to my face yet again! A total of three lies. I am very disappointed with her customer service and the experience she gave me while at HOYFOX Toyota. She represents HOYFOX Toyota and as a result I WILL NOT recommend this dealership or saleswoman to anyone.

This is one of the most frustrating experiences that Ive had in a while. I purchased my 2015 Toyota Tacoma back in July. At first I had a really good experience with the sales people. Its obvious that they will give you the best customer service to get a sale out of you but once they have their sale then the customer service ends. After I bought my truck my salesman Luis Valdez had told me he would gas up my truck and give my truck a wash as well. It took over two hours to wash my truck and I had to come back multiple times to fill up my tank because every time I went they told me their credit card was not working. Then I discovered that my truck didnt come with the owners manual. I am still going back-and-forth with my salesman Luis to get my manual. I have gone three or four times this week and my wife has gone two or three times this week as well and Luis keeps on giving us the runaround. It shouldnt be this hard to get something that should have came with my truck in the first place. Here we are 4 months later and I dont have my manual. I would hate to imagine that the service center is just as bad when I have to takemy truck in for something. If youre looking for a new Toyota I recommend taking your business elsewhere. Go to Dick Poe Toyota or anywhere else all these people will do is to try to get a sale out of you. Cant wait until next year when I trade in my truck at another dealership just so I dont have to deal with these people anymore. Let me tell you Hoy Fox Toyota, old customers are just as important as new customers because they are the ones who will keep buying and stay loyal to you. You just lost one today.

My wife and I Just purchased a 2014 IS250 which we couldnt find at first because it was at the shop getting fixed because there was a dent in the hood so we only saw picks of it, and we only did it because it was at a good price and the one we really wanted came out too expensive then my salesman Huner said he would get it in two days and to not worry because he had connects and he would get the car in two days and would fix anything we didnt like right away, so we signed the contract, then they lent us a car that wasnt even the one we picked out and it had no gas. If I wouldnt have mentioned it I would of had to fill it up myself. Then two days turned to two weeks, and if I wouldnt have called my salesman he wouldnt have kept me updated and it seemed he didnt know when I would get the car. finally when we saw the car it had scratches and the rims were scraped as well. Before we signed the contract our salesman said he had connects at work and the car would be flawless. When I mentioned the scratches he acted like it was no big thing. He is nice but doesnt follow through what he promises and now I wonder how long it will take to fix?? As a first time buyer I am very displeased with the service.... How do i reply back to the owner? I have no option to do so. Or if u read this sir or mam, is there any way u can call me? There some few things i would like to discuss with you. Thanks

This place is the worst! I had taken my car in January of this year for a simple oil change, and then there service guy told me that I needed to update all these parts on my vehicle which ended up being a total of $895.00. So I paid it to make sure I would not have any problems with my 2009 Toyota Rav4. Then, three months later my car completely broke down on Montana, and I had it towed over to the Toyota Servicing Department, where they told me that my water pumped was busted and over heated my engine and told me the cost would run $4,900 to get it fixed. My first issue was this didnt catch this when I had spent over 800 dollars in servicing in January. My second issue, was once I got a second and third opinion from mechanics, there pricing to replace the engine was only $1800 dollars. If I would of left my car there I would of been over charged by $3,100 dollars which is ridiculous! I also spoke with the manager who pretty much did nothing about the situation. I will never take my car back to this place. They have the worst service and they try to up charge you on everything! There is a reason why they have such poor reviews .....BEWARE!
