I tried to buy a truck from these guys about a month ago. I have bad credit. Sat down to do the deal, owner shot me down before even trying to help me, and sent me out the door without even trying to help me obtain financing. After I left, I started doing a little research and applied for a few loans. Within a few hours, I got approved by a creditor they work with, at a decent rate, without a cosignor. Fortunately for me, I also did some shopping around and found an identical vehicle with the same mileage, 2 years newer, for $2000 less (a dealer, not a private party). So if youre looking for a ridiculously overpriced vehicle from a place not interested in taking the time to try and help you buy a car, this is your digs. To the crew at Internet Auto Brokers: I just noticed that 2006 Pathfinder I made an offer of full KBB retail for that you have priced $2000 high and refused to budge on a month ago is still sitting on your lot. Good luck with that. *Edit after response*: As I clearly stated in my review, with just a few mouse clicks I was approved by a creditor that works directly with Internet Auto Brokers. Had they simply taken the time to attempt to run my credit app, I would have walked out that day having paid $2000 too much for a car (so maybe they did me a favor?). This was not a matter of them not having access to the resources necessary to assist me with buying a vehicle. It was a matter of not valuing their customer enough to put forward a minimal amount of effort. Thats fine. If they dont value me as a customer, they dont deserve my business. So ask yourself before you go: When you buy a car, do you want to be valued as a customer? If so, go somewhere else. Finally, I just checked- that Pathfinder I made an offer on is still on the lot, still $1,000 above full retail book value. Thats so sad.

Our recent car purchase from Internet Auto Brokers was an absolute disaster. This business expands on the low reputation that comes with used car dealers. Unreliable product, foggy car histories, zero customer service, and an empty bank account are what you will get. Be discerning and take your business elsewhere. We dealt with this lot with our backs against a wall while trying to quickly replace a hail damaged car before a pending cross country trip. We purchased a 2004 Honda Pilot with 120k miles. Less than 1,000 miles after purchase (just over two days driving), we are now faced with a compromised radiator, a severely abused transmission, and a damaged head gasket. If we hadn’t taken the Pilot our for a long trip, the problems wouldn’t have surfaced until severe damage had been done. This shop is either completely unaware of the quality of car they are selling, or they are knowingly selling vehicles with catastrophic problems. They had a major role in stranding our family on vacation, requiring an emergency tow, forcing me to buy a last-minute flight home, weeks of work to deal with this car, draining our savings account, and putting my wife, daughter and I in an unreliable, broken vehicle to drive across 4 states. What was their response? Nothing. No helping hand, no solutions, no apology, no nothing. At this point, I can’t even get them to respond. Avoid this shop at all costs. They do not stand behind their product, can’t keep their promises, and their business practices are either just plain lazy, or they are actively putting their customers at risk. (Cue a canned response from the dealer below. Bonus points if he mentions a ‘crystal ball)

Let me preface this review by saying that I did not buy a car from Internet Auto Brokers, but did visit this place on two back-to-back nights (1/19/15+1/20/15) to look at a black 2006 Mitsubishi Montero that I was interested in. After driving the vehicle at highway speeds 50-65 mph I noticed some weird driveline vibration when on-throttle (in 2WD mode). I decided something didnt feel right and headed it back to the dealer. When I brought this up one of the salesmen (younger guy) said that this vehicle had been inspected by a mechanic by multiple previous customers, but they (the dealer) couldnt provide any type of report showing that an inspection checked out. After mentioning this vibration and the worn/dry-rotted tires another salesman came out and said "You havent said anything positive, this car is no longer for sale for you" and ranted about how he sells 70 cars a month. After that I said "looks like your Google reviews lived up to their name, good luck" and walked out to my car. I felt compelled to write this review because I just got an extremely shady and unprofessional vibe from this place. Many stigmas are un-warranted, but this place definitely deserves the traditional "greasy used car lot" one. Ive purchased 5 used vehicles (cars+motorcycles) in the past 2 years and have never come across something quite like this. Do yourself a favor and dont waste your time with Internet Auto Brokers. There are 100 other independent used car dealers in Boulder County that would be more than willing to (genuinely) take your money with a smile and provide a great customer experience.

I was at your location last night and cant believe the immature, vulgar language using, un-educated sales person you have working for your dealership. Your sales person "Clint" as in "CLINT EASTWOOD" does not even know how to read the free carfax report. He kept on referring to the 2000 lifted suburban being from Arizona!!! When on the carfax report off your website clearly states, Utah, Idaho, Utah. Within ten minutes all he talked about was how you(the dealership) bought the SUV for $4000.00 OVER BOOK!! why would anyone purchase this. Also, with out asking he gave my 7year old and 4year old candy!!! I know my kids were running around but to not have enough maturity to address the parent and ask first. Said part I was there to buy not shop on a July forth weekend. But when a cocky 26year old tells you they never went to college and tried being a caddy and fought with the golfer while he was trying to make the pro tour how could he know how to present himself in a business atmosphere and relate to people. Also he kept on bragging he worked at three other dealerships and because he was so good at sales he choose INTERNET AUTO BROKERS for the inventory they had because it was an easy sale and since he did everything, SALES AND THE FINANCE he is an expert. What a joke I feel sorry for the owner. Go to California to see "Clint Eastwoods" Star before you go talk to this child who is selling cars.

I inquired saturday 12/5 @4:30. Didnt get a call until 5:30 then when he called, he asked what time I could come in to view the vehicle, I asked how late they were open til and he replied 6:30. What dealership closes at 6:30 on a Saturday? Anyway, I told him I couldnt come view it during the week because I work from 9-5 and again they close at 6:30 wouldnt leave much time to test drive, and do all the paperwork. I set up a time for the following Saturday. Fortunely, I was able to get off work an hour early yesterday 12/7 (4 pm) which would leave plenty of time to test drive, ask questions etc. I called to let them know I was coming. The guy Lauren, said the Jaguar xf I was interested in was not on the lot. He said the owners wife took it for the day to run errands & that I could come back any other day to view it and test drive it. Oh right, Like I want to beg to get off work early & inconvenience myself again, no thanks. That was such a turn off for me. Let me clarify to see if I got it right, they turned down a $28,000 sale because the owners wife was driving the car I wanted & applied for. How terrible & what a terrible way to run business! That means the mileage you post online is not the true mileage because yall drive around the cars that youre supposed to be selling. Take your business elsewhere. That whole situation was appalling to me.
