Horrible service. They are always low on mechanics but it doesnt matter. They are sloppy as hell. They wont fix your check engine light, theyll only reset it and keep your car for weeks. Ive had to take my car back 4 times already for the same issue. Imelda, the woman in charge of scheduling does not know what customer service means, she yells and yells trying to prove a point when the car has been going back for the SAME reason. Im paying 500 a month and deserve to be treated with respect as well as my car when it goes into the shop. I got my car back with a headlight out and my LED plate lights missing, not to mention the interior which was full of oil stains. She said nothing can be done about the stains or lights because "thats how it was," even after having pictures proving I had led lights and the interior being clean. I would definitely not recommend anybody buying a vehicle here. Their warranty is worth crap, it will not cover what they state it does. Youre better off buying a new car at a legitimate lot. Im just trying to look out for people looking for reliable cars for work, school and those with children who NEED reliable transportation. If youve had any similar experience, please review this place and help others avoid their unprofessional attitudes and buying junk cars.

when we first got there sure they treated us like royalty of course got the car, I understand that these cars are sold as is, I get that, but if I am going to pay a lot of money on a car, I expect my doors to work, I mean open & close what I will do is get an attorney who specializes lemon laws and will go from there its going to be 3 months now and the doors are still not fixed. but they will be hearing from an attorney real soon, and I hope they do read these reviews, I truly believe that what goes around will come around may not happen today or this year, but it will happen....

We got our car about two months ago and about three weeks after we had it we went to pay the rest of the down payment and the first months payment but went we got there they said our loan got cancelled. And now a month later we still havent got our 200 back. These people yo-yo scammed us
