As a rule of thumb, I, just like all of you, do not like car dealerships. I found an Audi that I absolutely loved the pictures of and IW had good reviews so I thought Id go check it out. I walked in and started looking at the Q5 I was interested in. I didnt feel like a piece of meat walking into the place which was already unusual- I walked over and looked at the Q5 I was interested in and after a few minutes Johan calmly walked over and asked if I had any questions; I asked a couple questions and asked if we could take it for a spin. He went and got the keys and handed them to me and just asked that I had the car back in a half hour or so. It was so nice how laid back this place was and nice to take the car out and drive it by yourself. I knew I wanted the car, and knew it was a fair deal- Im not much of a haggler I just like to make fair deals for both parties. I got back and he asked what I thought- I asked how fixed they were on the price; I dont remember his exact words but something to the polite effect that the price is pretty fixed, they dont do much negotiating at IW. I loved it. I was already preapproved for a 2.6% loan through my bank, so I was pretty fixated on going through them. He politely asked if he could check with one of their creditors as he thought he could get me a better interest rate; I was doubtful but agreed. In a matter of a few minutes I was approved for a 2.25%, and 10-12 minutes later paperwork was done and I was driving my new Audi. Not once in the paperwork did he try and sell me something extra and I went through all of the paperwork and nothing was added (Dealerships add on "extras" and add the extra costs into the financing much more than people realize). Classy, simple, quick, fair are the few words I would use to describe IW. Best dealership Ive ever been to.

The Import Wearhouse has gone above and beyond our expectations with great customer service. We bought our BMW 335xi through Johan with a 3,000 mile warranty. After putting 5,000 miles on the car we noticed a strong fuel smell while at an idle. We called the Import Wearhouse and were told they would look at it for us at no charge, despite it being out of warranty. After looking at the car they determined it was the High Pressure Fuel Pump which is a BMW recall item. We took the car to Murry BMW to have the recall handled and were given a loaner car. About 45 mins after leaving the Murry BMW dealership their service rep called and said they couldnt give us the loaner car after all as they had promised it to someone else. I told them our baby was sleeping in the car and we were already headed home but still they insisted we bring the car back. Livid, we returned the loaner car to Murry BMW. But thankfully Johan, at Import Wearhouse, offered us a loaner car. He was in no way obligated to do so, as this was BMWs issue and we were under no warranty with Import Wearhouse. It is this kind of steller customer service that will have us going back to buy our next car. I recommend The Import Wearhouse to anyone in the market for a good used import. Thanks for treating us so well Johan! Well be back for an x5 soon!

Im completely blown away! This was the BEST car purchase Ive ever made!! I never imagined buying a car could be stress-free, but it was. There were no sales pitches to dodge, extra hidden fees or haggling negotiations. Not once did I feel manipulated. I actually had fun, learned a lot and felt supportive and inspired. At every turn, I received honest and direct guidance to help me select the best car to fit my needs with no pressure or impatience with my process. They have the lowest prices (Id been searching for months) and a high class inventory of luxury cars that turn over quickly. They didnt have the color I wanted in stock but found it quickly and had it transported to Denver. I had issues with the car I was selling and they offered to inspect it, provide a car rental at an extremely low price. They are socially responsible and contribute $100 of your car purchase to a charity of your choice. My experience with the team was above and beyond my expectations. Its clear that their business model is based on more than just selling cars, they create relationships and give back to the community, which is inspiring to me. I will refer all my friends to IW and never buy a car anywhere else again.

I can not stress enough how wonderful these people are. I had found out that I had to move to LA with a few weeks notice, and I needed to buy a car quickly. As a young woman in my 20s i was new to the car buying process. Its something I would have loved to have done with my dad, but unfortunately he was 2k miles away. I went to about 10 dealerships in Denver, and found that most of them are exactly as I had feared. All my interactions were either condescending or adversarial. I felt frustrated and alone, until a friend suggested Import Warehouse. I walked in, and was not met by some-over eager sales associate, but rather three dogs adorable dogs. I found the EXACT car I wanted at a very fair price. The people were kind and trustworthy. The process was quick and efficient. I drove away feeling great! That was nearly 5 years ago... I still LOVE LOVE that car. Ive been back in Denver for 2 years and with almost 200K miles I still take it to the Import Mechanics, who are just as wonderful. Found IW while searching for a place to test drive Audi, BMW and Mercedes in one spot. Came in one day and just sat in various vehicles to get an idea of rear seat room. No pressure to buy. Came in the next day with a short window of time and was able to test drive 2 cars and buy an Audi A6 in less than 2 hours. They made me a fair offer for my trade and negotiated a workable solution to change the only thing on the Audi I didnt like, which was the wheels. Anthony and Michael were great to work with. They never pushed me to accept something I didnt like and were transparent with both the trade-in and the sticker price. Easiest test drive experience Ive ever had. Pretty much just point at a vehicle and they let you take it out for a spin. Made it really easy to pick which car I really wanted. Having previously spent whole afternoons in dealerships, even when there was nothing to negotiate, this was a breath of fresh air when buying a car. I recommend IW to anyone considering an import purchase.

Robert in sales and Michael in service made time to answer my endless list of questions as I navigated a long-distance purchase through them, and they have continued to avail themselves to me as I evaluate my Boston mechanics occasional suggested repairs. Whats even more extraordinary is that when a unicorn I am looking for isnt in his inventory, Robert has been an invaluable resource in providing feedback on vehicles I have found elsewhere. Their customer-serving model makes them feel more like extended family with car know-how than a business.
