Walked in today to have an item framed and was told that they didnt know where the "framing person" was. I thought a staff for the framing dept. would always be available, like a cashier to check people out when they are ready to make a purchase. They have lost my business as I will go elsewhere. Hobby Lobby opens soon across the street and I know they full stock their depts with staff. Very disappointed and a waste of time.

HORRIBLE! yes clean store and nice staff but they have no merchandise!! Go ahead and save time by going to savannah! Employee said they are a small store so corporate doesnt stock them with hardly anything. Every single item on my list was online but not one thing was in the store. Why even have the store in Pooler when you will have to drive to savannah anyway...? Wasted space.

I had to call while inside the store to ask for help. I waited 30 minutes to get my custom frame from them. Meanwhile it started raining so I got to walk my custom frame through the rain to my car. The one star is for the good job they did on the art work but now its wet. So kind of pointless now that I spent my entire lunch break inside Michaels.

This place leaves something to be desired. Its not as well stocked as other Michaels locations and the service can be not so great. That being said, I have had great service in the custom framing department. One woman worked with me for almost an hour and helped me choose a good mat and frame for the piece I was working on.

I thought it was great to have a Michaels a bit closer than Savnnah. But this place has just a little of some things. I can never find what I really need and end up driving to Savannah anyways.

Doesnt have a very good selection of supplies for card making or scrapbook hobbies. Was hoping not to have to go into SAVANNAH. I just order online and pay online and have it in a few days.
