Shame on Hobby Lobby for having so many cool items that it makes it nearly impossible to leave the store without buying something even if they didnt have what I was looking for (the use of the word shame was sarcasm of course). They have a friendly, efficient, helpful, staff that can find even the most obscure item in the store if its something they carry. Some may see the store being closed on Sunday as an inconvenience but I give them much respect for doing this to allow their employees time for family and for worship. Chik fil A has the same policy and its obviously a good one because their employees are fast, friendly, and efficient as well. Just dont put a Chik fil A inside Hobby Lobby or Ill probably never leave the store.

Hobby lobby has a great selection of certain things- I really like their terrarium jars, moss and faux succulent florals. I have also found some great backdrop textures for styled product photography photo shoots, and purchase some of my boutique wedding photography business packaging here that fits in with my organic branding- kraft boxes, natural fiber twine and silk ribbon. The staff are sometimes hard to find if you are looking for things and arent always savvy about more modern materials. I go here for crafting projects, and sometimes purchase their ready made frames for gifts since they have nice wood tones that look more 2017 and less 1998.

Well if you are wanting a project done back in the frame dept, you best start a month and a half early. My project which was not complex is taking forever, to date. I picked it up, not what I had designed therefore they are working on it again. It has been a month, so I wait. All in all this store has so much decor you cannot go wrong, and I really like the store and the people who work there. Like I said though if you have a project start really really early. By the way this company does NOT have email which I find very poor on their part. Pictures and Ideas should be able to be exchanged via email so it saves time and gas.

The ladies in the sewing department are very friendly and helpful. I came here to get supplies for my first sewing project and she took the time to show me what I would need and explain what a few sewing terms meant. However, its usually pretty difficult to get service elsewhere in the store. Usually I wander around for a while until Im able to find what I was looking for. The cashiers are nice and one was very patient waiting for me to download their app after she told me about it having electronic coupons since I had forgotten to print one out.

I called looking for a particular decorative knob because they are almost 60 miles from my home. I got a gentleman that did take the description over the phone, came back and said it doesnt look like they have what I was looking for when only a week earlier I was there and they did have them only not the amount that I needed. I told him I had a picture of it and could send it to his cell phone and he said he didnt have one..?? really? and they did not have any other method (email?) for me to send it to..not real helpful..

I simply LOVE this store!!!! It is always so clean & tidy whenever I go in. There is ample walking space for each aisle. The staff are always so friendly and willing to answer any questions that my girls or I may have. It is always wonderful to shop in a store that has such a variety of decor & crafts, has a nice environment and has great prices!!!!

Amount of mmerchandise is a little overwhelming. You need to know how much you want to pay for an item or better yet wait for a sale. Ive really onky scratched the surface of all the items offered for sale. Im looking forward to returning to the shop to look at Christmas items

This is a fantasic store. Not just for crafters. They have somthing for everyone. Lots of home decor items and a great place for gifts. 1 item is always 40% off . Great sales too. Tip: if you find an item too pricy...wait for that department to go on sale...which is frequent.

My husband goes with me and finds absolutely no place to sit while he waits for me to finish shopping. They need a permanent bench or some chairs up front for customers comfort. Husband has a heart condition and should not have to stand while waiting.

Everything you could need for craft projects is here. They offer rotating 40 - 50% off discounts on almost everything. If your item isnt on sale there is usually a coupon online. Dont pay full price for anything here.
