My experience with management of this store has been horrible. In October I order 13 yards of fabric and told them it had to be continuous since it was being used to make valances. When I got the fabric and after I had started my project I found the fabric had been cut and just rewrapped on the bolt making it impossible to make the number of valances that I needed without seaming it.. I went back to the store and had to order (and pay for) 3 additional yards. Shanna, the manager, told me I would get a refund of the 13 yards of fabric if it could not be used. I was told it would take 1 week for the additional fabric to arrive. Five weeks later and four phone calls from me I still do not have the fabric. I went to the store today and had them refund my money. I told the manager on duty today that if the fabric could not be seamed together to make the entire project I was returning all of the fabric for a refund. She told me that I would not get a refund because it was an item I ordered from the store. (The only reason I ordered it was the store did not have 13 yards in one piece.) I told her what the other manager, Shanna, told me. I was told to come back and talk to Shanna as she was not giving me a refund. Horrible store, horrible management!!!

Had a great selection, employees helpful would og given a 4 star except RESTROOMS ARE HORRIBLE. u need atleast a gallon of bleach and a scrub brush. Wheres the janitor??

Selection could be better but the workers are nice and that makes up for it.
