Encountered a rude employee today. I was mistakenly in an area I shouldnt have been to be fair but instead of being asked if I needed help I was scolded and reprimanded and then still not asked if I needed assistance. When I pointed out that I still needed help I got no response from the employee. The moment of redemption: I went to another employee and asked for the manager. He was very nice and helpful and went I brought up the situation to the manager she was very receptive and understanding and had actually already address the situation with the rude employee. I guess the employee had gone to the manager to complain about me being in an area I should have been in and told the rude employee that she should have been nicer and asked if there was something I needed help with. An almost ruined shopping totally redeemed by a proactive manager. Thank you for making my local Michaels a place I will still shop.
