This Saturday I entered to see the store because I had some extra time on my hands for the first time.The store had some nice, pretty things in it but too expensive compared to other arts and crafts stores in Orlando, where I live. However I did like two columns on sale and decided to buy them and then start my nightmare. After a long line because theirs not enough cashiers, the attitude of the young cashier of lazyness, disintrest in helping the customer , lack of courtisity, I had to tell her to look for paper to help me wrap the columns and had do it myself with my daughter because she was so lazy,and not doing it right. When me and my daughtet finish wrap, I asked for tape she said we dont have any tape, is over.....I said how in an arts and crafts store you guys dont have any tape go and look for it....She say have to call the Manager to see if " maybe" She bring some type after call nobody show up, I ask her, can you please "Go" and look for some type?, Very slow, with disintrested attitude, bad face, doesnt care about the hold up in the line goes looking for the manager for some tape..... The process took us more than 15-20 minutes to wrap and pay some simple columns. Im sure if the cashiers attitude from the beginning was a little bit more enthusiastic and helpful, everything would have been more smoother and easier for everyone. We regret going to the store, hold the line embarrassing with the people behind us, and with the purchase in general, because at the door a big sign say " Sign to the app store and save in your purchase today 55% off " Is not true... at least, at the end of the advertisment "small script" will help and not waste time, filling and loading the app. Please fix the sign, to say "55% only in 1 product, and not on sale...." Definitly "first and last" we are never coming back. What a waste of time.!!!

Very well stocked but the customer service is not the best. Usually when I go there I have trouble finding what I need because of the sheer amount of stuff they have, and representatives are often unable to help me or they send me to something that I didnt want.... They need to train their employees better to recognize the items they have in stock and where to find them. In order to spare myself of this ordeal yet another time, I called ahead to confirm that they had what I wanted before driving all the way over there, and the woman was unfriendly and had no clue what I was talking about. Finally I spelled it out to clarify and she tersely replied "No" and hung up without another word...? Good store but they need to improve staffing

The layout is a little weird. I usually can stay a long time in a craft store as I love them, but this store doesnt really give me that feeling. I really come here as it is a bit out of the way from where I travel. They have big selection of yarn, which is what I normally come here for. Sometimes the lines can get a little long when they only have 2 people on the register.

The store looks amazing but horrible customer service...lousy attitude, they are unprofessional, they do not respect the customers...when I expressed my complaint the woman replied my name is Catherite "or something like that" you can do whatever you want! Ohh really surprised me...that Is unacceptable!
