Framing department continues to be the worst. I went in wanting to get some memorabilia framed. Lissette helped me at first everything looked promising. 300 dollars a bit much but it would be worth it I thought...first frame was to weak...second frame someone else pick picked it saying it would simula to the first one I picked...they ordered that and same thing it wouldnt work..then I went in they overnighted another frame..that came damaged as well..by this time already 3 people hand there hands in this project...i spoke to the gm he ordered a more expensive frame. Now almost 2 months..the new frame comes finally in and thats a bust as well...the frame was bigger and the board that was cut was to a smaller frame....they should knows this..with the gm of the store in front of me asks me what would I like to do...i say return...he doens t even flich nor offer a discount...nothing..not even a apology...had lissette been working on the project alone and not 4 other people i believe this would not have happend...to many hands in the pot...sad sad experience...

Walked put of this store 3 times and this is the last. Waiting for 20 minutes for an employee to help me with stock that was up on the shelves. Needed 1 sketchbook, of which two were in stock. Their paint brush supply is pitiful and their selection of prismacolors pencil singles is poor to nothing. Also, they need to hire people to work the floor to help customers, because if customers cannot find what they need, they cannot get what they need to check out. This is no longer an art store but now like a home goods or home craft store. If you need art supplies, go on thwir website ot for cheap, go on amazon.

"Daniel instead of speaking DIRECTLY with me was chitting and chatting" are you mad because I wasnt speaking directly at you? OK, I might have been helping an associate deal with the issue since I have many things to do, but to say I was "chitting and chatting" is inaccurate word choice since chitting and chatting is associated with unrelated dialog. dont SLANDER me because I didnt let you make a return that was out side of the company policy attack policy but dont do a personal attack on me. I dont undermine costumers for "chitting and chatting" I can confidently say that.

Its very sad to say my experience at Michaels the store in Pines is really awful the workers dont really care to help you at all, one young lady I asked for something I needed for my sons school didnt even look at me and just replied I already punched out, not even care to send someone to help me. I have always buy my craft there since Puerto Rico and they were so different even gave you tips for projects and had more knowledge. It was a shame I have to go to other craft stores to get my supplies since I have always love this store but I will not take this treatment

This place is an absolute mess and dont even try going there on the weekends because they have two cashiers and so the line is always very long. The yarn section is a joke for the past two weeks there have been huge boxes in the isle right by the backroom door blocking a whole wall of yarn so you cant get to it. Then its also like they never restock their products very well once something has sold out.

Michaels offer good coupon deals. From my visits nothing loony occurs. Now, Im not sure if theres a shortage of employees because my recent visits where around the evening. Theres barely any employees at the cash register which makes the line sometimes longer. Plus, from recent visits theres really no one on the floor to ask questions I have to go to the back to find one.

Remarkable place especially if you love art one thing that I love about this place is the fact that I can go in with either a Michaels coupon or a JoAnns coupon and they honor it not only that Im greeted with a smile and always love coming here even if its just to buy one or two things I walk around the whole store just to see what they have new out.

Store is a little cluttered. They never have enough cashiers. Sometimes you find stuff sometimes you dont. Thought they would have a whole section of stencils but I guess not. Do not go here for projects with your children .....way too expensive on just the simplest stuff. Go to walmart or Joann fabrics instead, its much nicer there.

I usually go to this place for yarn and arts and crafts which there always fully stocked on any given day you can usually find some pretty good deals while youre there the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly pull up because the store is in a mini mall parking can get a little weird

Some of the staff here knows me because I used to come often, however, I havent ever been a fan of this store. They need more cashiers and some of the cashiers they do have are lacking manners. Lots of times they are out of the products that I need. I dont go as often as I used to.

Dingy store, out of too many colors of polyclay to make it worth my while. Left & went to store at Tower Shops (Univ Dr & 595) even tho about 6 miles away. Skip Pines Blvd store and go elsewhere. Jo-ann Fabric is also just across the street. Last time Ill bother coming here.

I love Michaels but good Lord this place is always out of stock, dirty and messy. Probably because it is the only one for miles. The employees are friendly and great prices. Thank you Michaels for military discount all year long.

Very bad customer service. Lady at Framing dpmt/sales person is very rude. Asked for assistance to another employee and also was very rude and not helpful. Seems like they are not happy working there.

Manager Nancy is completely worthless. Forged a document by whiting out where it said I would get a refund for a certificate of authenticity they lost. Find somewhere else for your own good.

Large selection of fake flowers as well as Styrofoam that fits perfectly into a wall mounted vase. Its a good place to put together a bouquet for a final resting place.
