I had an embarrassing situation there, the cashier charged me one item that i never grabbed , so i didnt know how this was in my shopping bag and i noticed when i had arrived at home. For my sorprise the item wasnt inside the box, she scan the item and put the empty box inside my shopping bag. How i can made a claim? Im felt that she robbed me in my face. Thats not nice!!! I have to work hard to get my own money and i dont take nothing from someone else. I love the store but i dont thrust in the sales persons in that store, so please be careful!!! For now i feel more comfortable buying in Michaels.

The store, and bathrooms, are always clean (which is a huge plus when you have small kids that always have to go) and they have everything that you could possibly need for any craft youre doing. The staff is really friendly and so helpful....when you can find someone that isnt behind the counter to help. They accept coupons on your smartphone, which is convenient bc retailmenot normally has one listed. Because of the location, sometimes parking can be a hassle. Overall, it really is a great store!

Supplies are always in stock, customer service is impeccable, they are willing to help you find what you need but then go the extra mile by sharing their knowledge of arts and crafts to help you figure out how to do a project. The location is great, always organized and clean in the store and friendly and knowledgable customer service...you cant beat that!!

I was looking for paper fasteners (brads). Two employees rudely referred me to other employees instead of helping me, a third looked at the picture I provided and gave me the wrong directions in the store, and finally a fourth walked around and decided that the store just does not carry these basic paper fasteners that are offered on Joannes website.

This particular location seems to have more inventory than the other smaller Kendall location. The checkout lines are always shorter. Very clean and organized store. Staff is very friendly here as well.
