I went into the sewing department looking to buy a presser foot for my mother sewing machine. When I asked for help from the lady in the sewing machine area was shopping on the web and couldnt get her face out of the computer scream long enough to help me find what I needed. When I asked what isle the presser feet were in, since she was so busy I would just look for myself, she just waved me off and told me a few isles down that way.... which was plastic storage containers...I walked around for 10 or so minutes until I got fed up and went to the car and ordered what I needed from amazon. Sorry JoAnn you will not be getting any of my money with this kind of service. Oh and FYI I just bought myself a sewing machine and will undoubtedly need accessories which will not be purchased at your store.
