The only reason I keep coming back here is because its on the way to places I go. Kind of disappointed with the unhelpful staff members. I recall going into the store on several occasions asking for a product, and the employees looked at me like I was speaking a language unknown to them. They didnt want to help me look. I am starting to see a trend here. The sales are obviously a great way to save money, and I do enjoy the craft store itself. The clearance section is a MESS by the way. The employees lack a sense of people skills and customer service skills.

I went to Michaels to have framing done. Dequandra was assisting me while I was there. Dequandra was very patient and helpful and provided a lot of creative options. I would definitely recommend this Michaels to get framing work done. Great staff! keep up the good work!

Nice craft store. Sign up for their coupons online and there is almost always a 40%-50% of coupon available. I always use a coupon each time I gotta get something from here.

Staff is aways helpful. The layout if the store recently changed and we think it was for the better. Always shop with a coupon to save $$$. You can get them via their app.
