Hello, Today 06/30/2017 is going to be a unforgotable day because it was the first time i break something in a store and i felt horrible when i dos it!! Thenwent to find somebody to let them know what happened and the girl said that is was not a problem and went herself, got some spray and papel towel and cleaned it ver y well. I loved that she wasnt nagging or making faces. She cleaned that floor that it looked like nothing happened, she said that she wanted to live it well done! It seems to be like she love, really love her job also helping people. I really enjoyed my visit to that Michael s store. Since i entered to the Store i received the help that i needed, from a nice girl that guided me to what i was looking for, to the young Man at the register that with a particular selling abilities, encouraged me to buy chocolates

The girls that,work at Michaels are very nice. This visit was disappointing in regards to merchandise. An item I saw on sale and wanted to buy was placed in the wrong spot. So what I thought was $14.99 was $30.00 plus. I was very disappointed especially since there were two exact items with the sale price.

Love the prices. Could have a bit more variety of brushes and products. Also they need to hire more knowledgeable employees that know more about art. You ask them for an art product and they give you something else. Overall a good store.
