AT THE MOMENT I HAVE BEEN ON THE PHONE OVER 17 MINUTES TRYIING TO GET INFORMATION THAT IS NOT ON THEIR WEB SITE. SPOKE TO THE PERSON WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE AND WAS TOLD I WAS GOING TO BE PUT THRU TO CUSTOMER SERVICE. AFTER WAITING ABOUT 8 MINUTES I CALLED BACK AND NOW I HAVE BEEN ON THE PHONE OVER 19 MINUTES. DO YOU CALL THIS GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They have gotten some really unprofessional and unpleasant people now working in this location! Cherryl a "manager" is the most uneducated- no class - rude -unprofessional person I can honestly say Ive met in a long time! Used to be my once a week shopping place but its now a place I will NEVER. go to again! Thanks horrible person for ruining my shopping place for years!

Store is very well organized. The staff is polite and knowledgeable. Every time I go in this store it makes me want to build something. They have very cool items that can make me very crafty. I was looking for jewelry pliers, and not only did they have what I was looking for, but they were also on sale. Great place for crafty stuff.

Horrible customer service upon numerous visits; so much so that I feel guilty asking an employee a question. One lady even sighed with contempt before pointing in a random direction "showing" me where to find an item. At last visit though, Douglas welcomed to help us with pleasure. Thank you Douglas!

Welcome to an artist wannabe heaven!:) I love taking my girls here. Huge space with anything you can think of. What i really love is the sales, Sometimes they have lots of quality stuff for 50% off. We just got some huge canvas pieces for some painting we wanted to do.
