This is an amazing looking store BUT the customer service is terrible I went there to get air clay for a project and I had a question about what paint was best to use for it, First of all there was not a single employee on the second floor and when I finally found one she said she would ask someoneshe left came back 20 minutes later and walked passed us.I had to track her down again and her response was well I guess you can use any paint you want(great response ) If there was a minus 5 star I would give this store it. Terrible experience

I went to Michaels on a Saturday morning I try to get someone to help me and I was not able to find anyone upstairs or down stairs, so I went to the register and ask if there was anyone working in the floor the only one there told me that there was someone upstairs in framing department name Maria I called out for her all over the store with no luck , So I decided to give up and check out what I already had the line was about ten persons deep and only one cashier very disappointed for a store that is practically new

We enrolled our son and daughter for the arts and crafts classes. We were initially excited but were very disappointed in the lack of professionalism. We had an issue with one of the teachers being indifferent with our children and even doing certain gestures that were out of place in front of children. Keep your eyes open and attentive if you decide to bring your children here for arts and craft classes.
