The last two times that I have been there and bought things that were marked for a sale price did not ring up for that price at the register. When you bring it up to the manager, she is rude and snotty about it and argued with me that the items were not on sale. I had to physically walk her over to the items with sale prices attached. She promptly ripped all the sale tags off and offered to credit me the difference. I waited in a long 15 minute line to get my refund. The clerk at the register issuing me my refund realized that the previous clerk rang me up for more items than I even purchased. Ridiculous customer service.

I called for a simple question that only took less than a minute, the lady that picked up the phone was rude and unprofessional she just put me on hold and left me on hold and so after she answer the phone again i told her that was very rude and unprofessional if ahe would of had told me in a nice and polite way than i wouldnt had an issue.. She replied back with an attitude saying HOW WAS THAT RUDE?!!!! Well lady no please no thank you??? What kind of customer service are you running??

I absolutely love going to the framing department, I went to Africa and got a painting that I wasnt sure I could pick a correct frame for. Karen showed me the best frame for the colors of the painting and even made sure I found the most cost efficient frame with excellent durability. I as always will be back for more! Customer service in the framing department is impeccable! :) 5 stars!

ive been going to this store for years and its been the same story for years, terrible customer service, literally no one working the floor, it takes an eternity to get any sort of info or help at that store, i called today and have been on hold for 25 minutes which is insane. this place sucks dont waste your time.

Great location!!! When walking in someone asked if I needed any help. I was there getting glitter spray paint, so a worker had to unlock the paint for me. She went through and talked with me about my needs to make sure I got the right color glitter paint. Well stocked and extremely friendly and helpful workers.

I visited a michels store yesturday (saturday) im very desapointed to the costumer serviçe there the girls was very rude , not Nice at all , very sad about it. Hope dont have to go back that store again

If only a zero rating was possible.. Most of the employees are incompetent (including the manager) and are also extremely disrespectful to their customers. If possible, please avoid this establishment.

I went to another Michaels and the item i bought was marked down 50 percent at this one it was 40 percent. When i asked why it is was different the cashier was giving a bunch of excessive.

Bad management. About 18 people on line. Saturday and only 2 registers open. 39 minutes to check out. Tons of employees in the store. Expect to wait a long time to check out.

Stuff organized, and clean, major drawback is lack of employees on the floor to help, and usually a long line at check out...but theres always a 40% off coupon !
