My tween (11) just a have a birthday party over there today and it was an excellent experience. 10 girls + my daughter spend 2 hours doing 3 painting projects, they all went home happy and with their hands full. Cindy our host was very patient and sweet. The manager in charge was very considered with us: the pizza place (dominos ) came late (90 minutes), they understood and let us stay 35- 40 more minutes. That totally save the day! Thank you! Esta es la tienda de Michaels que siempre visito para compras de manualidades. Decidi probar y hacer la fiesta de cumpleaños de mi hija con ellos y no puedo estar más satisfecha y agradecida. Mi hija y sus 10 amiguitas pasaron 2 horas súper entretenidas haciendo 3 manualidades que tenían que ver con pintar. A pesar de que los de Dominos pizza casi nos arruinan la fiesta porque se tomaron 90 minutos para llegar con la pizza. El Manager fue Super amable de regalarnos 35-40 minutos dando tiempo a comernos la pizza tranquilos.

Had a terrible time the other day and watched a manager get into an argument with a customer that made me leave the store and go to the coral springs location instead. Like all the reviews seem to say there was a crazy long line and only one cashier. Finally the manager (Marco or Marcos) came to help, not long after that a child in line knocked some product off a shelf, his mother was doing the responsible thing and making him clean up the mess he had made. For reasons that escape me the manager decided it was more important to go clean up the shelf already being cleaned up rather than help the ridiculous line. At this point the a lady toward the front of the line rightfully calls out the manager for not helping the customers get through the line even though the people towards the front had been there for 45 mins at that point. Rather than apologize for the wait or offer some reason for his unusual prioritization he argued with the customer infront of a now agitated group of people and told her to "mind her own damn business" then said in spanish to another customer that "that lady was crazy" even though it seemed pretty obvious that most of the line including the lady he had an argument were pretty fluent in spanish (myself included). I had been there around 20 mins already and decided rather than wait another 25 mins in the tension filled line i should just pass by the michaels in coral springs. The line there had about as many people but i was able to grab my supplies and check out within 25 mins since they had 4 fantastic cashiers. The whole experience at the sunrise location was very upsetting, I think ill just avoid this location from now on.

I was completely ignored. I knew employees saw me cause old man working there pass right by near the entrance and saw me walk in. No smile, no hello or "how can we help you".. Went to the back to find a frame and after 15mins with no help I walked out. I didnt find the frame size i was looking for. Lots of variety but didnt find my size. Anyways just come here if you know what youre getting. Dont expect customer service here

Its hard to rate craft stores like this because, having worked at a craft store before, I understand how hard it is to keep a store like this looking clean and organized. That being said, this store is a little on the messy side. Ive encountered helpful staff members and less helpful ones. The selection in here is pretty good though, and theres not many other craft store options in the area...so...you make it work.

Products are in stock, when there is no sale. I tried going to get Shopkins here for Easter, and they had the balls to tell us that they out them in the back specifically for the sale. Coporate was called and it was taken care of, but it doesnt change the fact that these employees were so rude about it. But the Perler bead options are very nice.

Good store but checking out is sometimes a problem. 1 or 2 cashiers with lines of people waiting to check out. They never call for backup. Saw managers stocking shelves instead of helping at the registers. But I still like the store more here than the tower shops

Michaels is one my favorite stores of all the times. If you love arts and crafts this is the place you should go. They have all the kinda things you can look for. Sometimes the prices are not so fair, but It all depends if it is worth it for you.

Untidy store; not much in the way of jewelry findings and variety of beads. Overdone on the seasonal decorations, i.e. Halloween-themed crafts filled the aisles on 12 September.

It literally has everything you need weather they are art supplies or decoration for the upcoming season. I swear i get lost in here sometimes looking through all they have.

Seems smaller then other Michaels stores but that doesnt mean they have less selection. Sign up for their rewards program and always shop with a coupon to save $.

I like the layout and the employees are always knowledgeable and helpful. Checkout lines are too long though.
