1 star! Why? Because didnt find what you needed and I asked the associates "they" answer that they cant check if there is more on the back. Because there is only what they have on the floor and they dont have storage on the back. Also, they dont offer to order anything.for you. I say (they ) because I asked 5 different people. They all said the same BS "there is a truck coming up tomorrow" And I came back 3 days in a row to find out they havent stock the floor yet. Bye bye rude people.

Although the store was really large and well stocked they really are catering for a 70s customer. The presentation of the merchandise is so outdated its not even funny Dont let that out you off going to a well stocked store though. I was interested in scale models & the selection of kits & tools for scale modelling was extremely poor. They could have done a lot better.

The store in customer service is awesome, but the cashiers are horrible! Especially the older and younger black woman who works there. They took their sweet time ringing people up and still forgot to put items in the bag after paying for it. If you have one job to do, then do it to your best ability or find another job

Huge store with everything well displayed and stocked. It is very clean, no stock sitting in aisles blocking anyones way. Even if youre not a hobbyist or artist or looking for any home decorations, Im confident there is something in the store for you. Or you might find a new hobby.

The selection of crafts and pictures is pretty good. There is a lot to choose from. We had a small mistake getting a picture framed. The guy accidentally went too far with a screw and it is coming out of the edge a little bit but it still isnt the easy to spot.

Pretty good. Nice employees. But cashier didnt know that sewing patterns are 40% off daily and she charged us $9 too much. Luckily I discovered overcharge before leaving and she called someone to ask about the price and refunded us the $9.

Way better than Michaels across the street, the selection is huge, coupons are good, and are clean. I wish they were open Sunday and realized the Sabbath is on Saturday; if they have worked Saturday and all is good, they can do Sunday.

A wide verity of arts and crafts supplies. Friendly staff. You will find what your looking for but it might take a bit of time. Mainly because youll be busy finding things you were not looking for. Overall a fun place to visit.
