I honestly wish i could rate This no stars.the experience here was the worst.Let me just start by sayiswng i had high hopes for michaels Its the first store i think about when i want to shop for arts and crafts.. but today was a different day. I went not knowing about a discount, but as i continued to shop an associate who was doing her job very well approached me to tell me that there was a 40%off discount...Perfect..i go to The counter.unload my things and let the cashier no to please apply my discount. The cashier for about 5 mins back and forth in a debate rudely let me kno that there was no discount and he couldnt apply anything to my purchase.He claimt he had no idea of a discount and that he couldnt just credit me for my things.Mind you i was told about the discount WHILE in the store at michaels...after 5 min backk and forth of him arguing and then him seeing the line get longer and people getting upset he THEN WHIPPED OUT THE COUPON THAT HE SAID HE HAD NO IDEA ABOUT..NoT only am i disgusted im disappointed at this lousy customer service.And an experience i never want to have again so because of WAYNE at the Sunrise and Federal location you have lost buisness and will never be returning..thanks for nothing.The racism here is real i could smell it at the door but i thought maybe Just maybe i was wrong..BUT NO RIGHT AGAIN.

The most unprofessional and heartless staff of people I have ever seen. My wife went to get supplies for our daughters first birthday and just made it to the store shortly before they closed. After getting to the register, with a cart full of supplies, right at 9 PM (closing time) she realized that she had forgotten her wallet. When she asked if they could wait five minutes while I ran down to the store to pay for it, their response was that she needed to be escorted out of the store because they were not willing to wait. While my wife was balling and devastated that she would not have what she needed for our daughters party the next day, the manager showed no emotion or care for her situation. They simply gave her the cold shoulder and told her to leave. when I called to talk to the manager he picked up the phone and hung up immediately. ive never seen such a fine example of a heartless, gutless, and horrible person. The manager that told her to leave is a sad excuse for a human being. We will never be back to this Michaels and will let every single person we know to avoid it like the plague.

If I could rate it a zero I would!!!! By far the most unprofessional place Ive ever been to. They treat their customers like crap! God for bid you have to return or exchange anything at the store! I personally manage my own business and if ANY OF my employees treated my customers this way they wouldve been fired on the spot !!!!! unacceptable!!! Wake up Michaels employees!!! Without customers you wouldnt have a job!!!!! Corporate needs to do something about this location!

I agree to a certain extent regarding the staff. However, the Assistant Store Manager, Phillip is absolutely fantastic. He is quick and happy to resolve issues and is always friendly and helpful. Too bad the Manager and the rest of the staff dont follow his lead. Know you can count on Phil for superlative customer service! Thank you Philip. If it werent for you, I would have ceased shopping at this store long ago!

Not a great experience. Got to the cash out, there are 6 cash registers only one open. In front of me 6 customers waiting. The girl had also to answer the in coming calls. Finally I paid, 8 were waiting behind me. Where is management, who does the scheduling? Poor Customer Service, we have choices, we dont have to go to Michaels. At least I dont.

I give them a 3 because they have a lot but the store is very tight hard to move around in no good for disabled people and the pricing on the shelves is not the actual price when I got to the register about 6 of my idems was way more expensive then it was supposed to be and they wouldnt fix it so would not go back at all

Very unreasonable and robotic staff. Watch your order and receipts carefully. Staff is unable to think outside the corporate box. Nice store, products are in bad condition. Quality control is poor. SLOW. Its a corporation, but other stores have better service and more willing to help....oh right...the customer!

Good location for everything you need. Much better than Joann Fabrics and the staff here are nicer than at other Michaels locations. One of the cashiers went out of her way to get me a 50% off purchase coupon for my order. It was great!
