This store has had such an incredible turn around since the new ownership took over on January 1st 2014. The shelves are always stocked and if there is a product that they dont carry the staff will gladly take down all of the info and special order the product for you! Those orders are usually in the store ready for pick-up in less than a week. Plus they call you as soon as it gets delivered. The store is clean!! The previous owner had the store set up in such a confusing, messy way you could never find anything and the place actually smelled at times. The new ownership took care of all of that!! The store got rearranged, everything is easy to find and it is clean. It truly does look like a different store all the changes are amazing. The staff there is always so helpful and caring when I go in to the store. The new owner Kathy Costa is doing such a great job, you can tell she genuinely cares about the store and the customers. On most days you will find her working right along side the staff on the floor, stocking the shelves or making sure the customer service is the best it can be. I cant say enough good things about this store. If you stopped going because you were fed up with the store due to the old owner I highly urge you to go back and give the store another chance you will not be disappointed!! On top of all of these wonderful things Ive already mentioned, they have the lowest prices around!! I wont shop anywhere else! Feels so good to support a great small business. And they have the best groomer around located right in the store- Custom Pups Grooming by Andrea Miller. BEST GROOMER IVE EVER BEEN TO!

This place is great! Prices on holistic, high quality dog food cannot be beat! This is the only place I will buy any of my pet food & supplies! If they dont have something in stock, they will gladly order it for you. Most of the reviews posted on here are from when the old manager owned the place and it was called "Pet Lover". Since then the place has turned completely around! It is always neat & clean. The new manager Kathy is very caring, and all of her employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. If you didnt like Pet Lover, come give this place a shot. It is a totally different store now!!

This is such an amazing pet store to make your pet as happy as can be. You can also be happy and satisfied with the amazing prices that are set on pet foods. In fact, this is the cleanest pet store Ive ever been to. Whats also awesome is the grooming place in the back with workers who make your pet super clean and groomed at your pets best. The owner is very nice and does her job to get every customer satisfied. All in all, best pet store ever.

Great place to buy dog food. They sell live animals like fish, lizards but selection is very poor and night staff knows nothing about any of the fish or other animals for that matter. Day staff does seem to be more knowledgable. I buy my Blue Buffalo dog food here and all most always in stock and great price. Cheapest place around to purchase Blue Buffalo.

the manager is rude, the staff knows little to nothing about the industry, the fish tanks are dirty and the supplies are not well stocked. i will never spend a dime till the owner replaces the entire staff.

I have never been treated so rudely and absolutely dismissed by a manager of this establishment! NEVER WILL I SPEND A SINGLE DOLLAR THERE EVER! The owner may want to think about NEW STAFF!
