I ordered a very expensive bed from there. The parts arrived with scratches. I made a complaint and was assured that I would get the scratched parts replaced. I had to check-in over a period of a couple of month and was every time assured that shipment will be arriving soon. After another inquiry I was asked to send pictures again which I have already done. I questioned why I had to send in pictures again when I was already assured I would receive the parts. The reply I received was that the customer agent I was in contact is leaving and the complaint would be forwarded to another one. I never heard anything from them. When I called to ask about the progress they told me that it could not be refunded as I did not purchase their assembly service. Very funny that the other agent assured me that the parts are on their way and kept me on the wait for nearly 6 months. After all I had to listen to this. Needless to say... service was disappointing!

Doesnt deserve a one star -initiated a purchase of an item online with Fred as the rep and then cancelled after changing my Mind with 24hrs of purchase. Store personnel and Fred continued to change thief story telling me they were processing my 1200.00$ refund. Making every excuse but never resolving my return if funds. No refund after 2 weeks then asked to speak to the owner and I was told he wouldnt speak to me. Store is not legitimate Now escalating to court.

I love my furniture!! I found this site while on the hunt for my Pangea Home office furniture. Not only was it offered at the best price anywhere but shipping was free. I may have been inpatient because shipping seemed a bit slow. However, my furniture arrived as described and was perfectly protected for the long haul from California to Maryland. Thank you!

Even though my desk from In Mode was no longer under warranty, the button to raise its height wasnt working and Fred was very quick to resolve this for me. He sent two guys to my office to look at it (also very nice and helpful) and they fixed it in under 15 mins at no cost. Great service. Definitely recommend this store.
