I would strongly recommend that you do NOT buy from Urban Home. I purchased 2 chaise lounges less than 3 months ago for $99.00/each - good deal, right? WRONG! They have completely come apart at the seams and if I want new ones, I will have to pay another $99.00 to have them delivered. Deal is getting worse right. Now add time for phone calls, multiple e-mails etc...just to get them to respond and when asked what if I do pay another $99.00 to have them delivered, what happens if they fall apart again - complete silence. The quality is poor and their customer service is poor. Pay a little more and save yourself a lot of time and expense.

I tried to buy a leather sectional from here. First off, delivery is an arm and a leg but whatever, I liked the couch. The first one they delivered had a foot long scratch down the back. The second one delivered had thread coming loose on one of the seams and one of the seats had little cushion. They told me they have no more in stock and were not going to refund my delivery fee. Bottom line, I have no couch and I’m out nearly $200. I’m never shopping here again.

Took 5 Min on the Phone to see if they had one in stock. What the material was and where it was made. All the furniture comes from China, Reclaimed from china? wtf. people please buy local craftsman furniture. Stop supporting Business that sell chinas reclaimed pieces that will eventually end up in one of Americas landfills. Come On. target and Places like this are killing the small local business that provide true customer service and craftsmanship.
