This place is horrible!!! They have no customer service whatsoever. Their manager Art is an a**whole and a liar. I paid 12 grand for furniture which got delivered in multiple shipments when Art promised me it would done in 2 weeks. It has now been 5weeks and I am still missing items. When I called to inquire about the missing items the customer service department hung up on me 3 times after holding for 15 mins on each call. Art even offered me parenting advice when my 2 year old was throwing a tantrum and that advice was wayyyyy out line and inappropriate. He not once apologized for their mistake but rather blamed me for paying in full. If this is the type of treatment you are going for then by all means go to LA furniture... But if you want decent treatment please steer clear from this place....Very unprofessional and crooks!!!

Dont ever go here. They offer a horrible customer services. Before placing an order, everything went smoothly but at the moment they took the money, everything becomes completely different. The sale phone line always has someone to answer but customer service and manager lines are not and always go to voice mail. They misinformed me about an order I place back in Apr 19, in mid of Aug they called me back saying it is damaged and therefore could not be shipped. Another order I placed in mid of June also followed the same situation and I only get to know it in end of August. Calling them to process for a refund (after 4 month) was such a pain. For the order successfully shipped, they do not even send me the tracking number and I only find out when the shipping company called me. They do not deserve to be in the market.

This is a great place to buy furniture. My salesperson was David Diaz and he was so helpful and friendly. Gio and Javier did a great job on the deliver and assembly as well. I bought furniture her in the past and I will continue to do so. I highly recommend them.

I bought a modern coffee table. With the 10% coupon and free shipping I was able to save a ton over the competition. The shipping was fast and the assembly was very easy. I would certainly recommend LA Furniture store!
