Really poor customer service. Dont try to bring in a coupon, there are exactly 1000 reasons why it will not work, including but not limited to "im on the wrong register" "that product is in this database, not that database" "we cant print that, only this" "Receipt? No this computer cant print receipts" "we cannot print cancelled orders or returned item receipts" The staff is not trained properly, the store looks like a bad 90s dollar store and they do not carry 99% of products advertized, so if you have to order something, it will not be added to the rest of your purchase, therefore making it impossible to use discounts. Also everything is way over priced.

A Private User

I normally do not take time to write reviews, but other people should know not to get books re-bound here!! They called me, saying their spiral binding didnt fit and they couldnt punch enough holes in my book... oh, and that was after they cut the holes! I had to tell them what to do over the phone... only to pick it up the next day and they just left it the way it was!! Now I have a brand-new reference book with crooked holes, a huge spiral binding way too big for the book that doesnt even go to the ends so the pages bend when I open it! Will NOT EVER GO BACK!

I do like Staples much better mainly due to the selection, but Ill give them 5 stars for the location and how its never busy. Ive never had any issues here. Its much quicker than going to Walmart across the street or driving down to Stevenson Ranch for Staples
