These guys are so awesome!!!! After looking for affordable living room at probably 10 different furniture stores in LA and all over different websites I found these guys on google! By this time we were so frustrating with not being able to find anything for a good price that we were just ready to go in and look for ourselves. We arrived to a small but fully loaded store. Kevin and his brother take time to sit down and look at all types of different models and colors and as picky as we were I am very thankful that they were so patient. I dont know what the "JT" is talking about "Rippoff to ship"?!?!? We didnt have any problems with shipping, delivery, or assembley. Very Professional, very helpful and very veryyyyy nice people! We even had our stuff delivered to LAS VEGAS the 2nd time around. Yes we are return customers but I know they would have treated anyone as good as they treat us! We get compliments all the time on how nice our things are!!The furniture was definatly its quality..and by the way the same pieces they offer are being sold for jacked up prices else where around the LA valley. If you are looking for good prices, good expirience, and NICE LOOKING STUFF go to this store and see for yourself! Melrose Furniture is AWESOME!

I LOVE MY NEW COUCH! Karen, not pronounced like the american female name, but more like "car-on", is quite the personality: astute, honest, charming in his own way - the hardest part was narrowing my choice - there were so many options in my price range The man knows his couches: he made great suggestions based on my needs ... the long short of it... I got a brand new sophisticated, sharp couch at a killer price - delivered FREE and placed exactly to my specifications. Some friends are jealous of the quality/price, as they were egging me to buy a couch that was double what i paid ...i wont mention any names The place is a diamond in the rough - small, in a mini mall, could easily be overlooked - it is not a showroom, because it is not meant to be... you can do everything online...but Ive never bought a couch online and wanted to go in and look at fabric swatches. Im so glad i didnt let my quick judgment of the place get in the way of me and my comfy sexy couch

Great people. They provide fabulous quality furniture for great prices. Their prices are much lower than other big furniture stores in the area and quality is so much better. People are very friendly and trustworthy. The reason why they can provide good quality for cheaper rates is because they dont hold the inventory or a huge showroom; which reduces their operating costs. We looked for the furniture samples in various stores and ordered similar things from Melrose Furniture and our sectional sofa, ottoman and modern bed came out to be better than we expected. Instead of cheap and light compressed wood we saw at other stores; these guys gave us much better wood quality which is very important for furniture life. I would definitely buy again from them. what you see in their catalog/website is what you will get; no cheating! Thanks Keren and Martin for your good service. We are happy to buy from you. -A&H

OMG....I dont know who wrote these reviews but they really are deceiving. The great reviews I read online drove me to find this store in search of furniture for my sons new apartment. I felt that the reviews were legit until I found the store. Small store, small dirty parking lot. The store had low grade looking mattresses leaning up against the wall and a few undesirable couches. Not much of a selection. Maybe the big selection is from the magazine furniture pictures tacked to the walls. And as for service, I did not get an acknowledgement from the gentleman sitting at the desk that did not even look up at me. But then again, I didnt spend much time in there. I left and will never go back nor will I take any reviews seriously. I guess I should have not trusted the perfect reviews...too perfect to be true.

We had a rather interesting experience re-decorating our living room a year or so ago going with a large showroom, so i was somewhat apprehensive about picking up a few pieces for a modernization I gave to our bedroom this Summer. interestingly, it wasnt a total renovation like our living room - just looking for a couple of accent pieces, a lamp and some accessories to spruce it up. The inventory was looking through a showroom - everything sophisticated and my style and much more accessible, and the staff were very friendly to deal with. I really like that the delivery. Everything was coordinated ahead of time, the expectations about when theyd arrive were crystal strong and when they showed up, it was right on time.

I cannot recommend Melrose Discount Furniture Inc. any more highly. First, they beat out every other price I found in CA . I came in with a price from another store and they matched it and gave me better delivery options. Their delivery guys are efficient and very professional. They noted any problems that they saw in the furniture and Victor went to fix it. For instance, they found a small hole in one of the bottom wood panels for my sofa and they called the manufacturer to replace the panel. They were also gracious enough to swap out an arc lamp for me at absolutely no charge including delivery. If I need any furniture in the future, this is the place in going to!

Im so thrilled with my new bedroom set from Melrose Discount Furniture it is absolutely gorgeous! A million thanks to Kevin, for the GREAT customer service, as well as Tony and Raymond for making the delivery on time, assembling the furniture and taking the trash with them. I couldnt have asked for better service than that! I dont know why would that lady put in such a negative review or why would she just show up to the warehouse when it states clearly that it is an online only store. I assure you if youre thinking about buying from this business, you will not regret it...their furniture is truly beautiful. Good quality for a reasonable price:))

Recently I moved into my new house which needed to be fully furnished. I was really uncertain about putting that huge order online. Store owner turned out to be a very pleasant guy. He helped me with choosing all the items and answered all my questions over the phone. They delivered and assembled my order in a short period of time. I furnished my entire house using only web site and phone without the need to drive anywhere. Online shopping is convenient and costs considerably less than conventional stores. I totally recommend “Melrose discount furniture” for great prices and wonderful service. Thank you guys!!!

Excellent, and amazing. I called the store to order a dining table without chairs, as I got the set 5 years ago, and now the table legs were loose. The owner was so kind and he said that I can order it, then he asked me what is wrong with the table, and he offered to take the table to the store to see if it can be fixed instead. After one week, he informed us that the table is ready, but guess what!!? He gave us a new table with no charge. That was unbelievable! This is beyond financial matter, it is about how kind a human being can be. There is no word to appreciate him enough, just say God bless.
