I live out of the delivery area and had to special order the 2 couches I wanted. The salesperson faxed the order paperwork to me before they ordered them. He included $180.00 for fabric protection that I never asked for. I told him that I would split it with them. He told me to go ahead and sign the order and we could handle that later. He said I needed to mail them a check for half the amount because it is a special order. So I signed the paperwork and faxed it back to him and sent them a check. When the furniture arrived in Reno they called my wife to tell her that they needed 24 hours to apply the protection. When I drove the 90 miles to pick up the couches they told me I had to pay the full balance of over $1800.00. I told them that was $90.00 too much. The salesman stated he had a signed order and we had special ordered the furniture. He refused to lower the price of the plan he added without my permission. I told him I didnt want the couches if he was scamming me for $180.00 I never asked for or wanted. Since I had already paid half the amount he said I would have to pay 20% restocking fee. I had to pay the rest of the balance or lose $750.00! This place is scam! Do not ever trust what they tell you!

One star is far too generous for this "store" (and company) with a criminal license to cheat and steal from consumers. We bought a brand new La-Z-Boy recliner - last month - because of my knee replacement surgery. Twice, since the surgery, the recliner has collapsed allowing my foot to hit the floor. I only wish I could share that pain with the staff of this crappy company. Its all our fault. Plus, we didnt get the extended warranty due to having faith in what used to be a quality made recliner. Our fault again. Wont even come out to check the chair for broken or missing parts. Guess what it will cost your company if my knee is further damaged from this junk??? Dont be swindled by this junk as so many of us have been. Oh Mr. Attorney.....

I wish I had read the review before going to this store. I purchased my living room set here and the recliner I purchased was back to the store twice with no results. The manager keeps blaming me for the problems with the chair. He will not do anything about it because I special ordered the fabric . They can not take back a special order. I am stuck with a chair that is leaning to one side and is very uncomfortable to sit in I will never purchase another piece of furniture from this place and will let every one know.

This store has absolutely NO standard of customer satisfaction, nor does it have any respect for any of the employees who suffer continuously to keep this place in business. Extremely high employee turnover rate(19 sales positions filled, then quickly vacated, all within a 1 year period). Poor excuse for a retail outlet locally... Even bigger shame, as a corporation in its entirety.

La-Z-boy in Reno helped us find the furniture we were looking for. Awesome personal service! A special SHOUT out to Lawrence! Have to mention. . .replacing La-Z-Boy furniture that is being handed down to our granddaughter. Still in good shape.
