We purchased a memory foam mattress and I asked for the warranty information when we paid for it, salesman told us it would be delivered with mattress and when it was delivered I asked for warranty delivery person said they never deliver warranty with mattress. Delivery person called Lifestyle furniture and there was no answer after many rings, he hung up and finally someone answered the phone. He asked about the warranty info. and he was told they would call me back in a few minutes to confirm how to get the info. to me. They never called so I called an hour later and after the phone ringing twenty times with no answer I hung up. I called back a few minutes later and the same thing so I tried again. I gave up and called an hour later the phone rang twenty times no answer, I called back after ten rings a woman named Michelle answered she was extremely rude and I was in the middle of speaking and the phone went silent. I listened and barely heard some music so I stayed on, after a period of time she answered with a rude, "what is your fax number", I asked for what reason? She said to fax you a copy of the warranty I said no I want the original manufacturer information mailed to me. She was extremely unprofessional, rude with hostility. I called back to speak to a store manager she asked for a phone and name, as soon as I said my name she spoke in a professional manner. She asked if it was about the warranty I said yes and other items. She said she would have the manager call back, I never received the call from the manager she probably did not tell the manager because she knows she is completely rude and unprofessional. I would have shopped there again but due to her treatment that will keep me and my husband away. Too bad we need to furnish the rest of our home.

For one, their website is confusing when you try to order. There is only a small bit of text that tells you if an item is in or out of stock on the item details page, and no where else. But I can deal with that. What I cannot deal with is their sales representatives not going through any kind of verification process when on the phone talking to customers. My husband had ordered a bed that was apparently out of stock, when I called, I let them know that he had just ordered something online (I didnt even say what it was), and asked how pick up for items worked. She (the rep) proceeded to let me know that the bed was out of stock, and that it would take 4-6 months for them to have it back in stock. Confused and a bit creeped out, I asked her how she knew what was ordered when I hadnt given her any information about it. She told me my husbands name and asked if that was the correct one, further creeping me out. When I asked for the third or fourth time how she knew the information when I hadnt given to them, the rep then told me that she gets an email when someone orders anything online. So she just assumed that I was the right person without asking me any questions whatsoever. Not very professional in my opinion, and not very safe either. They might have good prices and selection, but Id rather spend a bit more to know that some sales rep isnt just handing people my information. Im just glad that Im the one that called, and not someone else.

I was looking for a bedroom set for my new apartment. My move-in date was a day away, so I was very worried that I would not be able to find a set that I like in time. I looked at other stores before coming to Lifestyle to make sure I know the general price range of everything. I felt very bad arriving 10 minutes before closing, but the salesperson greeted me happily and made me feel very welcome. Not only he allowed me to looked through everything at my own pace, but also answered all my questions thoroughly. Since they have a much larger selection than the other stores, I have much more options, making my search very enjoyable. I found a set that I really liked and ended up buying it at a price MUCH lower than what I expected. Since it was late after we finished settling everything, they even had another person walked me out to my car to make sure I am safe. My items were delivered to my new place instantly the next day at NO charge. I am very happy with Lifestyles large selections, great prices, and AMAZING service. I would highly recommend them to all my family and friends <3

We went here looking for a recliner. They had one my wife liked but when we asked if they had any in stock we were told it would be 8 weeks. Who would seriously wait 8 weeks for furniture. So she offered the floor model and said we could get it tax free since it was the floor model. Well I wanted a better discount then that considering everyone has plopped their dirty butts in this chair. They shot that down. But my wife needed a recliner to sleep in because she was pregnant so we bought it. I asked since it was raining if they could wrap it in a plastic bag. Surely a furniture store would have large plastic bags. Well what they ended up putting on it was a piece of plastic that barely cover the upper portion and then plastic wrapped the rest. Needless to say it blew off halfway home and the chair got wet. Seems like they just dont really care as long as they get a sale. I will never return here.

After searching high and low, online and at a dozen different furniture stores we found Lifestyle Furniture. It should have been the first place we went to! First, they stayed open late while we decided on exactly what we wanted. It took a while to do that because they have an incredible selection in the store. The staff was more than helpful without being pushy, knowledgeable and courteous. Second, the prices are insanely competitive. They were right at or below the other stores we had been to. Third, customer service. They delivered everything we bought the next day, on time and with no hassle. The delivery men even put together the furniture and set it up exactly where we wanted it. This usually costs quite a bit extra. We bought two full bedroom sets and a 7 piece dining set. If you are shopping for furniture, go here first and dont bother going anywhere else!

This furniture store is awesome! Its clean and has some very unique pieces and sets of furniture Ive seen. The sales reps are very professional.Chris was the sales person who helped me. He greeted me shortly after walking in. After some time he checked he gave me some suggestions even on clearance.Chris also has a great sense of humor! I found a Simmons bed and am very pleased with it. Their delivery prices are very reasonable. The men who delivered my bed were very professional also. I went to this store based on the reviews and it was so HOT and MISERABLE inside. They are in FRESNO and have literally NO AIR CONDITIONING. I had an inheritance to spend, 1000.00s of dollars but after being there for 20 minutes I was sweating and miserable. It actually felt cooler outside and it was around 100 degrees outside. How unprofessional. I complained and they told me that was the way it was!! You just lost thousands of dollars because you cant set your thermostat at 80 degrees. It must have been 95 degrees at least inside. Terrible!!
