hi im troy on behalf of my mother joann been going to mor furniture for years and last year she bought a new bed gel bed cost her a lot of money and she loves it butt after a year it had to get it replaced and mor was really good about saying that it will be replaced well its been about two weeks and yet not happened . so she got a date of delivery date and time well the first was to be on a sat. between the hours of noon and 8 pm .. didnt happen (my mother is 80 years old and very frail bed ridden) and so now she has a time for delivery time for a mon from 8pm to midnite .. well this is a little late for someone moms age so i called and talked to mor and got a time for 835pm and so this was going to be ok. well mom got a call from moe. and told her that nope not today no one showed up for work and mom told to call me no call so i called well supposta be tomorrow they will call .. lets eee and so for her inconvenice she is going to get a $100.00 gift card (lets see) well i hope that mor come in couse i shre would love to give back postive feed back mor has been so good over the years hope one down fall isnt going to be a pattern thank you troy madsen ( WELL HERE IT IS THE NEXT DAY THAT THE BED WAS TO BE DELIVERED WELL WHAT DO YOU THINK ANOUTHER EXCUSE WELL THIS IS NOT RITE I WILL BE DEMANDING MY MONEY BACK AND I WILL FILE A COMPLANTE WITH THE BBB IF THIS ISNT TAKEN CARE OF TODAY MY MOM IS BED RIDDEN AND BEEN ON THE COUCH SINCE LAST SAT THERE ILL BE REPACUTIONS FOR THIS BAD COUSTMER SERVICE well i guess mor lies toits customers back when my mother bought her bed witch took for ever was told that she was going to get a $100.00 gift card well NOT so i call and now getting a little upset so they say oh to make your mother happy we will send guess what a $150.00 gift card yeah kinda funny so we will see now wont we bet that my mother will never see that gift card who is with me??? 8-25-2015 well my mothers gift card came as i was told and mom had it sitting on her table for the two mos.. and at the bigining it was only a $50.00 gift card and the delivery had delivery probs. and it took a extra few days to get her bed any way long story short the gift card was for $150.00 and mom went to mor to use her gift card and she liked something that was $175.00 and her gift card was only for 150 guess what mor did aaahhh wrong the people at mor told mom that well we can just call it even so how cool is that well to a woman that is 80 years old well thats way way kool .. see some of you just have to have some kind of trust in stores and i gusee thats why mom has been going there for ever and so im her son i to have been going there for many years yeap and i will keep going ( you have to stop and think it isnt the store it very well could be a employe prob and mor had to deal with that also ) troy madsen

Update 8/17/17 purchased the remaining piece of our bedroom set and was not happy, took forever to get. Then lazy ass delivery drivers just left it outside. Stating they dont do stairs.. and left. Poor service, poor customer service on the phone as well.. guess where I wont be purchasing the rest of my home furnishings from! Well this will be a multi stage review, Went in to look purchase a new bedroom set and bed, showroom is well lit and laid out, The first sales guy was nice and typical of what you could find in any sales environment, After that the guy just lost interest, like he really could care less on a sale or just did not want to be bothered. Mg wife and I were actually going to leave even though we found the set we wanted, Fortunately we had another salesman take over "Garza" so the prior could go to lunch. He honestly was one of the best sales guys I have ever dealt with. Very knowledgeable and had answers to all our questions. And got a very good deal on our bedroom set and matress The 2nd part is with the delivery and setup that took place the next day, delivery arrived in the time frame promised the guts were great and this is more pointed to there warehouse, We purchased some top of the line oak furniture, and I was dismayed at some if the flaws that obviously were missed by the manufacturer (Oaktree) rear panel that nails missed and went through the front or side of the furniture. Missing light fixtures, mind you these were all sealed boxes! The delivery gut stated he gas seen several pieces like this! Being late at night I took pictures and went to the store spoke with the manager, who seemed to me un phased so to speak and bluntly stated so you want credit or replacement items? Being the items were now backordered, and not wanting to waste more of my time for another delivery in 4 or 6 weeks, I opted for the store credit Just to be done. In hind sight I should of insisted on new items to waste More of there time removing and redelivering new items until they got it right, i mean after all Im not the one who has to lug 900 pounds of oak furniture up and down stairs. But anyway, light fixture was at my door that night, all in all we are happy, got extra money back. Just be sure to check your items! Because the warehouse obviously doesnt

Three weeks ago I took my parents to Mor furniture for the first time since they just moved to Fresno. Ryan was very professional and helped my parents. My mom wanted a California King Bed with the full set, and we were promised a delivery date before mother’s Day. Hence we paid Cash including delivery (big mistake). We get a call few days before the delivery that it will be another month before we can get our furniture (the furniture was coming from China), we were told they had it in the wherehouse in Visalia when we paid. We went to the store and spoke with the manager assistance he was very pleasant to speak with. We asked for our money back so we can take our business somewhere else and make the purchase because it was very urgent matter. He spoke with the Manager of the store I believe his name is Chris. I was told the money will be in the account the next day. We went to a different furniture store they delivered the furniture before mother’s day. Went back to Mor and spoke with the manager of the store. I asked for the owner but told me he does not have time for small people like me since he has many stores and resides in San Diego. He stated they will be cutting me a check which at times can take a week or two. I totally felt disrespected as a customer, they attempted to ruin mother’s day for my mom and won’t even give her her hard earned money back and she was has to wait few weeks. They also lied because I made it clear with Ryan I wouldn’t purchase anything from them if it is not guarantee delivery before mother’s day and they had a week and half to do so. I will not recommend MOR furniture because I totally feel they are scum artist. Please be careful before you hand them your hard earned money. Look forward posting all the video on you tube and Facebook. I will be also notifying the BBB, and file a complaint because I learned they have done this to many other customers and they truly don’t care about consumer nor consumer rights. Ben
