Always love to go here and see what cool items they have. My wife was with me at the time and said she liked this vintage dark wood vanity. So i wanted to suprise her with so i put down a deposit and would come back the next day to pick up. I showed up and went to the front counter to pay the balance. The manager ends up taking care of me but charges me 21.00 for a storage fee and goes ahead and swipes my card for 177. I ask, why is it 177, he says a 21 storage fee. I asked, 21 for 1 day of storage, he apologized and guves me 21 back. Guys shrink weap top of vanity and are walking it out to my truck and its falling apart. One the employees says his employee put the wrong screws in it, and the top of the dresser is coming off. The item didnt even leave their store yet and i told i want a refund the thing is falling apart. He said they font do refunds and could give me a store credit. They are not restoration experts on vintage furniture but act like it. Customer service was poor. Dont waste your time here

Love this place! Weve bought a few things here. Just come here and walk through the store and admire all the pictures and old west items they have - yeah, some items seem a little over priced, but most are reasonable! I really like that the sales people dont hover over you while youre there. Theyre there when and if you need help, and they will go out of there way to help you, but when youre browsing, they leave you alone - no high pressure sales here! If youre looking for a particular item and they dont have it, theyll put you on a list and call when they get that item in. Ive never had an unfriendly experience here and well be shopping here again!

I went to Recycled furniture hoping to support a great local business and receive great service. I was GREATLY let down! They treated me like I was a waste of their time and directed me to craigslist! The over all vibe at Recycled Furniture is laziness and huffy frustration. I have attempted several purchases and selling of my own furniture with them, and every time I have left with extreme frustration and disappointment! I wish they would learn the simple etiquette of customer service. Now, like they recommended, I WILL go to craigslist!

Went in and was asked if I needed help. Told them what I was looking for they showed me several different bedroom sets, I picked out the one I liked and bought it. They loaded it up for me and I left. We were more than happy with the purchase. For those that say go to Salvation Army, well, yea sure, but you probably end up with something broken, bugs, who knows what. Everything I bought had been polished, and I could see where repairs had been made. Overall, really happy.

Recently my husband and I stopped in here to shop for furniture for our new home. They have a great selection of everything one could possibly want in a home. Mostly the store had used items and many looked brand new. I understand they get furniture all the time so theres always something new every time you go in. The prices were reasonable and dramatically less than we expected! Were planning a trip back this month to sell some of our old furniture and pick out more!

Terrible service. Sent them a photo of the table we were selling to them. Said they would give us $50 for it, they were fully aware it was unfinished wood. When they came to pick it up said they wouldnt pay for it because it wasnt finished (which at this point we did not care and told them to just take it away) and even after giving them the table, the men were rude. Dont bother selling or even giving your furniture to them. Give it for donation.

These guys are the best! I bought a re-made cal king bed from them a month ago and its the comfiest. When I needed a new couch I went in and got an awesome futon, and they went out of their way to deliver it the same day. They take all the hassle out of finding quality used furniture.

I love going here, and I always find something to bring home. Its a great way to get your home furnishings and save a lot of money while you are at it. Everything is clean and heat treated, so you know up front that your not going to bring home any creepy crawlies.

These people will rip you off, they are rude and unpleasant people. They will try to give you nothing for your furniture and act like they are doing you a favor. Do NOT do business with these people unless you like being scr3wed.

Recycled furniture sells expensive junk. For example, a five-shelf bookcase (particle board) was being sold for $65. It was chipped and ugly. I saw the same bookcase at Target for $69. Dont waste your time!

Great place for used furniture. Only place I would buy used upholstery since they are the only ones to heat treat furniture to get rid of creepy crawlies.

Why not just go to the Salvation Army As-Is Store and buy furniture. That is where they get a lot of their stuff--they bring a truck and fill it up!
