I have been shopping around for a few months for a mattress and I found a good quality mattress at a great price. I started to browse for other items at this store and found good quality items at great prices. Yes, they do charge extra for assembly and delivery (but honestly, all furniture stores do.) Other furniture stores delivery prices are ridiculous. Affortable home furniture delivery fee is very resonable. I live 20mi away and I am getting 5 items delieverd for $50. Alex is amazing. I have never dealt with anyone with such great customer service. He never pressured my finace and I on anything. He moved a mattress box and mattress on the bed frame I was interested in to make sure it will fit. He answered all my questions. My finance and I received the best customer service from Alex and because of this we will continue to shop here.

after being mislead by other furniture stores (arriving at their "showrooms" to discover barely anything on show and suggesting to buy through a catalogue only without assessing quality/comfort in person) I decided to call ahead first to double check AFF HOME FURNITURE had the 6-7 couch designs i had liked from their website.... NOPE! I questioned why on the home page of their website it stated " Displaying everything from the living room, sectional, sofas, futons, dining room, bunk beds, twin beds, trundle, patio furniture, bedroom sets and mattresses at our local showroom." and the man responded "Oh man that is not true - I gotta speak to someone about that...." glad I called ahead if you are like me you wish to view the furniture in person prior to buying, best you go elsewhere

I purchased some dinning table and bed from this please more than a year ago and the way they ensemble the dining table was great, they put glue on all joints and even the chairs are still really strong, so today Im going back to pick up a new bed frame because we need another one, the prices in here are good, I had checked other places and even San Fernando stores charge up to $200 extra for SAME DESIGN AND SAME QUALITY, seriously?? IKEA has beds in good price but if you compare to this place you would see that this place its more affordable and wood quality its same or better

Prices ok, customer service is terrible!! Be careful they will charge you for delivery and assembly after you have paid for furniture!! If they plan on building their business And keeping their clients they should stand by their word which they dont. They do not care how much you spend they will still charge the delivery and assembly fee and not tell you that until after you have purchased the product. I will never buy from them again! I rather do business with people who make you feel appreciated.

We bought a sectional from them and loved it! We paid for the delivery (next day, very convenient) but opted to assemble it ourselves. My brother and I spent about an hour assembling it, and it looked great when we finished! Their prices were the lowest ones we found (even after we include the delivery charges). We are planning on buying my sisters bed there next month.
