I am going to start off by saying this place is a scam and the employees that work here are shady. I went to buy in sofa set and they were trying to get rid of that sofa set because of one of their salesman had ordered the wrong color for another client.This was light golden in color, I ordered two pieces, they had to order another piece for me. I was told by the salesman that if my husband didnt like the color I can still cancel the Order within One day. I went in next day with my husband, he didnt like the sofa , so I requested another salesperson to cancel, I was told they stopped the delivery on second piece. In order for me to cancel I would have to talk to jay and jay was off that day. I even requested to talk to a manager and was told that he was busy. I called next day to talk to jay but kept getting run around. This happened several times so I finally decided to file a dispute with my credit card company. Shame on them, they are telling my credit card company that I can cancel but with a 25% restocking fee when Ididnt even get anything delivered. They are just after your money and not to mention Jay refused that he even promised me anything like that. I have spent enormous amount of time dealing with cancelling issues. I talked to my co workers about this issue and they said they have heard shady stuff about this furniture store. I am wondering if they are paying someone to write good reviews for them because all their reviews on Yelp are negative, really ironic. They just want free money by charging me all these fees.i dont see them lasting longer in business if they keep on doing shady stuff like this. I forgot to add the furniture was worth $6000 so even getting the 25% is a win-win situation for them because they still have all the furniture In the store and plus they get to keep the restocking fees.

Worst experience Ive ever had buying furniture! I bought a set of couches for my new home and thought Fashion Furniture would be a good choice. WRONG! I ordered a set of couches that I fell in love with and waited very patiently for 6 weeks for them to come in since they were a "custom" order. When I received my couches I was missing a back pillow to my large couch. Now lets not get confused and think this is a small pillow. It is a large pillow that your rest your back on. (Some people would be confused) I contacted the store and shared my frustrations. The gentleman I spoke with clearly didnt care about my concerned as he redirected my conversation to make it seem as if it is okay to make a mistake on a nearly $2000 purchase. I asked for a courtesy discount on a future item or something and hey declined. This place does not budge on their prices of furniture let alone do not offer free delivery. Pretty bad for a company to sell you a decently priced set of couches and make a mistake on your order. So the store said they would custom order the back rest for me. The guy I spoke with didnt want to look over my order form and find out what couches I ordered to look up the back rest. Instead he said send me a picture so I know what to order. I advised him that he needed to do his job and review my order and look at the specific couch I ordered. Talk about lazy and Uncourteous. So I wait a couple weeks to get my back pillow for the couch. I came and picked it up and took it home. Guess what? It is not a match to my order. Dont shop here unless you want people being friendly enough to get you to purchase something only not to follow through on their part. This review was written 2/13/17 look at a picture above I posted the mismatched item.

DO NOT BUY FURNITURE FROM THIS STORE. Purchased and payed for a sectional at this location 6 weeks ago and chose to have it delivered to my home. After 6 weeks went by without receiving it, I called three times and was always told that someone would return my call, but never did. I finally got the information that my couch had been sitting in the delivery center for a week BUT they could not deliver it to me until the next week due to their previous Memorial Day sale that had filled up their books. We were told that we would be contacted to set up a delivery time that would work for us. They proceeded to schedule a delivery time without consulting with us during a time that we were not available and they wanted to charge us an ADDITIONAL rescheduling fee to schedule the delivery for another time. I spoke to the manager Dave, who was rude, unhelpful, spent more time talking over me than listening or resolving the problem. He spent more time defending his employees than believing that they could have overlooked an important detail. He told me that in my case the customer is wrong. When I told him that I would not be purchasing anything else from their store in the future, he told me not to say things like that. During no point in the conversation did the manager ONCE apologize for the multiple problems that we have had with Fashion Furniture. Needless to say, we will never make another purchase from Fashion Furniture.

I went to fashion furniture weeks before actually purchasing our furniture. Helen was there to greet me and was very friendly. I told her exactly what we were looking for and she did not stray from what I wanted. I found exactly what I wanted, she wrote up the pricing and I went on my way. That brings us to today. My husband and I went in and she was actually was there to greet us. She remembered who I was and directed us to the bedroom set I previously priced. Now, Costco had this same set for sale but wanted this set faster then what Costco could offer. We mentioned the pricing from Costco and Helen graciously told us they do prices guarantee. Turns out we werent eligible for the price guarentee because Costco was sold out, but she gave us free delivery instead. Helen was fast efficient and didnt push other items we werent interested in. We would recommend fashion furniture and recommend Helen even more.

The store had a good selection and the staff were all very kind and helpful. We got exactly what we wanted at a price I really cant argue with. They gave us all of the options without trying to upsale us crap we didnt need or want. Anthony was very professional and attentive and patient with us as we went through the options all along the way. He came off as trustworthy and knowledgeable about the process and the products. If I could do a separate review for the delivery guys, I would. They delivered to us in Hanford quickly and they were just really awesome guys. They put everything together for me incredibly quickly and professionally and they were kind and obliging to my excited and talkative little one. They were courteous and careful with my stuff and worth every cent I paid for delivery (which wasnt much st all considering). Overall very good experience, would happily buy from them again.

James Elrod met me at the door on my first visit to Fashion Furniture--thats usually a big turn off for me, but James has an infectious smile and an air about him that is non-intrusive. He explained the price tag system and the various furniture lines. He was enthusiastic about the store and told me how the free decorating service worked. I roamed about the store and James periodically checked in with me. I came back 3 days in a row with questions and he was there to help me every time. He was never pushy and his enthusiasm never ebbed. He and the in-house design consultant came to my home in the AM, measured everything and had a design plan by 4PM. Thanks to James and the design consultant (who were not afraid to offer their design opinions) I was able to furnish my living room in one day. Ill shop at Fashion Furniture again and Ill be disappointed if James isnt my salesman.
