Copy and pasted from customer Ted T back east whom we helped clear a home for. 5.0 star rating Kirby & Co. literally helped save my familys arse by clearing out our 2 story 2,500 sq ft condo in Reno last week! My parents & sisters & I all live out of state & we decided to sell our summer condo but needed to clear out ALL the contents asap! Kirby & Not Just Furniture were referred to us by a local friend & Kirby & Co. not only cleared out our entire condo of contents & rubbish.....But they paid US to do it!! Normally folks have to pay someone to clean out their "stuff", but NJF will put those folks outta biz! Talk about a Life-Saver! Fast, efficient, & true to their word! We cant Thank them enough! Saw this place while driving by and decided to stop in (we’re looking for a vintage nightstand). We walked through the entire store – my husband, I and 2 children in tow – and NO ONE said ANYTHING to us, not one word. It wasn’t like they were busy, there wasn’t ANYONE else shopping in there at the time (about 11am today). When we got to the far end of the store there was a man sanding the top of a table – in the open store area – but he never even looked up at us as we walked by – within 15 feet of him. I thought that the front door bell was to alert someone to potential customers, but I guess not here. Even a “hi” would have been nice. Otherwise… The store was clean & well organized. The items were displayed nicely and clearly priced.

We bought a beautiful couch and love seat set. They were willing to negotiate and have held the furniture until we have time to come get it. Customer service means the world to me. We will be back again.
