HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! Went in the store, picked out a beautiful couch, great price, they said it would be in the store ready for pick up in two weeks. It has now been over 3 weeks. I have called them multiple times and so has my husband only to be told one LIE after another. Examples...... "Its not here yet, Its still on the truck, It hasnt been checked in yet, Oh, it hasnt arrived here yet". Then when they say they will deliver it, between 2-4, they dont show up. I have to call the store, be placed on hold for 10 minutes for a Miss Perez to come back on the phone and tell me they are running late. I have been sitting here waiting for 3 hours on a delivery and I dont even as much as get a phone call saying, "hey we are gonna be a little late." The only reason I didnt tell them to stick it where the sun doesnt shine is because I searched forever trying to find the perfect couch at the perfect price. We saved up $500 cash money so we could pay for it out right and not owe anybody and this is how we get treated. I see alot of great reviews on here, but it was NOT that way for us. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, NO COMMON COURTESY AT ALL!!! They just messed up by treating us so poorly. We are trying to refurnish our entire house piece by piece, but we sure as heck wont be setting another foot in that store!!!!!!!! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!!!

I went to Ramos furniture because it was recommended from a family member. I bought my mattress on Sept. 2 and on that day I was told it takes about 2-4 weeks for it to be delivered . The sales personal still whispered to me that it usually does not take that long but they say that just in case something happens. We are not on September 30 and NOTHING!!. I have called so many times and asked for the sales person who attended us and NOT ONCE has she returned my call. I have left messages with so many people and no one has acknowledge the fact that they have a costumer that wants to know that is going on with her order. I went to Fresno to the actual store on Blackstone and Shaw and they told me to call the store manager the next day because it was Sunday and he was not in so I called the next day and the answering machine says that they are closed until OCT. 3 for a BIG EVENT!! REALLY!!!! Why could they not tell me that they were going to be closed. UPDATE I DONT KNOW WERE MY MATRESS IS AT ALMOST 3,000 SPEND AND NO MATRESS. Poor costumer service, they do not care for there costumers I knew we should of bought them at MOR.

I bought a complete bedroom set from ramos furniture and spent over 4500 dollars on the whole set up. When I finally recieved my set about a whole month later everything was very poorly constructed there was splinters coming from inside the drawers I mean there was flaws everywhere! Long story short and (I mean I can write a best selling novel about how horrible this place is) DONT BUY FROM HERE and dont say no one warned you! All the good reviews on here just seem too good to be true as if they were written by the staff. Do your pocket book a favor, spare yourself the horrible experience you will have and buy at another furniture place. Trust me. DONT DO IT. you will regret.

I went to the Fresno Home Show and I bought a vantagepoint queen mattress set from Ramos Furniture. They had the bed on site so we could test it out. I cannot tell you how much my husband and I loved this bed. It felt like we were sleeping on a cloud. We are so excited and look forward to crawling into it everynight. I recommend that everyone get one! Its me again! I went back to Ramos on Shaw and Blythe to complete my bedroom. I bought a queen size Key Town bed, nightstands and chest of drawers. The collection is so beautiful. They had all the pieces in stock. My bedroom looks like a room out of a magazine and I did not pay a whole lot for the look. Im happy!

I dont even want to give them one star because they deserve -5 stars. They are horrible, fool. the sales representative sold me a couch telling me its leather.Well comes out its not leather and is peels off, he also sold me and insurance that works for nothing!! I dont recommend this place To anyone, I called to see what they can do about it and all they said was nothing sorry... Jordan is rude and has horrible customer service... This explains why they only have two rating. They are liars and their product is bad.. I Complained to better business bureau you all should too.

They are horrible, bought furniture here twice and both times there were issues and problems with it. They always blamed the manufacturer and took over a month to fix the issues. It was not just a simple scratch or tear either, it was huge cracks on the table legs, unable to be assembled because it was missing screws/holes. Never picked up the phone and were never clear or straight forward with their services. Please save yourself a headache and go somewhere else.

Worst experience ever. They are clearly not professionals. Every time I called to check up on my items they kept telling me not to worry because they were on their way. I got 4 different delivery dates so clearly they just told a bunch of lies. I dont recommend this place, if there was negative numbers to rate them I would give them a -10. Stay away from this place and you will avoid headaches.

I am so unhappy with my purchase, my sectional has so many manual factory problems. And they cant just change it, like if its my fault they are selling new damaged stuff. They want me to wait a few days or maybe weeks to get them fix. I am so disappointed I bought something new so I wouldnt have to deal with all these headaches. What happene to making the customer happy???

Customer service was horrible (Salvador) to be exact. I wish I wouldve read the reviews before I purchased something there, I can relate to most of the complaints on here , delivery, customer service all lacked customer friendliness, I am also a small business owner & tell my employees go to Ramos Furniture, it is a perfect example of "how NOT to treat our customers"

I wanted to give them my business because they are local and I had a previous account, but they would not come even close to a price match for and exact match recliner. They wanted to charge $1500 would only come down to $1200. I paid $789 online with free delivery. Its just a shame that they wouldnt come close. Im willing to wait to save over $400 dollars.

Horrible experience! I bought furniture in March and now I have a broken loveseat. I called the store and instead of help I got yelled at by manager Jonathan Balbuena. He was rude, condescending, and antaganistic. Worst customer service ever. I guess once the sale is over, they no longer care about your business. Shop somewhere else, PLEASE!

Had a great experience.Employees are very exciting and happy to help. They dont just hover over you like most other stores do waiting for you to buy something. Cant wait to come back to buy my daughters bed set!
