We bought a couch from them and 2 months later the springs fell through and sank in the middle. They did try to fix it, but it did the same thing 2 days later. We paid cash for the couch and it was still under the one year warranty. They told us we could have store credit, but after looking several times we could not find anything that met our needs. We asked the store manager for a refund and returned the couch. He said he couldnt give us a refund, not even a partial refund. We said we honestly could not find anything in the store that we wanted or needed and that the couch we bought was very disappointing. He then told us that "we got what we paid for" and "what did we expect when we bought the couch for the price we did." Half of their furniture is the same price as we paid for our couch! So are they knowingly sells by junk and ripping off their customers?Very poor customer service! We will never recommend them to anyone else.
