Ive been to the rockledge store many times and received great service, along with a nice selection, the Melbourne shop on the other hand is completely different, yes its bigger and has more product, but the service alone ranks this shop at below one star, the fat blonde lady that works there is extremely rude and horrible at customer service, the owners are clearly there for just hookah, which is fine enough but dont know much about any of the other products..so in conclusion if your in rockledge, stop by the one there, if your in Melbourne, there are plenty of other shops with much better service and carry much better brands of kratom, blue lotus, kava, and cbt ..and much cheaper on all other products but if you enjoy spending more money on pipes, herbs and everything else with bad service than cloud nine Melbourne is the place for you (again my experience was with the fat blonde lady, no idea on other employees besides an owner)

I use to love this place, swore by it but I went to other smoke shops and cloud 9 is Definetly pricey, I would recommend Hammer head smoke shop, I went to 6 shops the other day looking for something and hammer head had all of them but at a lower price. Unfortunately I have lost my faith in this stores prices. I can not speak for their e liquid as I have never purchased it, but the pipes and water pipes, scales, grinders , that kind of stuff is over priced. They are friendly, nice, and open a lot more than other places but their prices are too high for me. I am willing to drive the extra distance to hammer head.

I was very disappointed. I went in to purchase OPMS Kratom and bought a 2 capsule pack of the gold extract. As soon as I opened the package I knew that the capsuled were fakes. The powder was a different color and was more granular than the real OPMS. Also the capsules did not have the purple OPMS logo on the capsules. Real OPMS capsuled should have a holographic stamp on the package and the purple logo stamped directly on the capsule. I will never shop there again. Who knows what other products are being counterfeited.

This place is a joke. Ive been going here for a while knowing that their stuff is cheap (which means its trash) I went in the other day and a lady sold me "new" EVOD VV adjustable voltage battery and it didnt work. So she shaped it out and it worked for two days. The coils you but for your ecigs or vapes are fake Chinese GARBAGE. I used to come back 3 times a week to get a new coil not being educated enough that they should last at least a couple weeks. This place shouldnt even deserve 1 star. A bunch of burn out idiots.

I purchased some kratom pills, the company who "manufactured. Or distributed" them doesnt exist...two different companies, two different kinds. It was not kratom, and if it was, they mixed something in it. We are use kratom daily and have for years. These products made us short of breathe, extreme cramping, stomach pain, and not a kratom buzz of any kind. Avoid this place like the plague for anything you consume. They should be shut down!!!

Got in the parking lot at 730 waited for the girl to get back in the shop until 750. When I got in to the shop I was offered minimal help and the help I was given was with an attitude and with no regard to me as a consumer. I will never come back again. Worst service I have ever gotten from a vape shop..

Yall must be smoking too much weed. I went there, had great service, their liquid and the ability to mix is awesome, and I cant say anything about prices because I personally dont spend money to smoke. Its called a blunt, lovely liquid for my vape from here, and good friends. Stop being critics.

Bought my hookah tobacco here. The blond woman allowed me to sort through and smell all the tobacco untill I found what I wanted. She was very kind to me and never rude. The tobacco may be a LITTLE over priced, but its the closest place to me and with gas prices being what they are Ill take it!

Spent over 100$ on cbd products at cloud nine i was told that all the products were very potent from employee. I then ingested all 105$ of products in less then 5 min. There was no effects what so ever. I recommend staying away from any edible products these low life scammers have to offer
