This review fully reflects my encounters with a single individual, and the merchandise of the store alone. I feel bad for not recalling his name, but he is a tall individual and my suspicion to minimally be a manager or the owner himself. The gentleman has been very helpful guiding me to the parts I need and helping load my truck each time. He has also given me great deals on return items as well as prior year models (I run a landscaping business, so I cant get enough of this store!) Ill certainly be using this store as much as possible when I need things. Highly recommended.

Sorry Tractor Supply, you just dont have the customer service. Living on a farm you have to find the right parts at the right time. The entire family has issues with attempting to make a purchase at this location only to be told by staff items are not in stock and there is no way to know when restocking will occur. We continue to make purchases but are constantly shaking or heads at the customer service.

Very friendly and helpful staff; I was greeted immediately upon entering the store. Sometimes they have live chicks and ducklings and overall a good place to shop with lots of variety. The one item they didnt have was because they didnt carry the brand, but the employee informed me where to find it.

Very rude to the customer and when I asked for the store manger yesterday was told he would be in today and he not so was lied to he wont be back til Monday ended up going to southern states today and tractor supply lost a $400 sale because of there customers service

My new favorite hardware store, hydraulic rams and stuff you cant find over at home Depot / Lowes but watch the prices. Sales arent bad but generally speaking not really cheaper than other places in town. Cool gear & friendly staff.
