Ive been a Pet Pantry customer for about a year now. My two dogs were rescues and both had severe skin problems and stomach problems when we first brought them home. Furthermore, there were very choosy about the dry food they ate and would only eat it if I put a little chicken broth in it. When I switched to Pet Pantry I bought the Opitcoat, and when it arrived it smelled SUPER fishy, which was super appealing to my girls...and they gobbled it up! Well, let me rewind and say that we first ordered several free samples (very generous amounts I might add). Now my girls only eat Pet Pantry. Due to them being able to absorb all the good stuff in the food, their poops are regular and they only poop about twice a day, and their coats are smooth and glossy. The customer service is a plus as well...every time I order the food is at my door the next day, and they always drop off a few holistic treats as well (my girls LOVE those little peanut treats). I couldnt be happier with Pet Pantry and their staff...it feels good to buy a local product that is not only very competitive in price, but down right good for my dogs. Ive referred several friends who are happy with the product as well!!!

Ill be honest - the first time I ordered from Pet Pantry was when I was going out of town and realized that I forgot to pick up enough dog food for the pet sitter to use for the week. This realization came at midnight before a 6am flight AND my dog is a picky eater - so a Walmart bag of food wasnt gonna work! I had heard of Pet Pantry from a local dog rescue so I hopped online and submitted my order, hoping against hope that it would arrive in 2-3 days. They carry the food my dog loves, and it was delivered to my front porch that same day. Total lifesavers!!! Now Im a loyal customer - for both my dog and cat needs. They are truly one of the best local businesses of the Triangle.

I have been feeding my 8 1/2 year old Golden Retriever the Holistic Weight Management for about 7 months and she absolutely loves it! I have tried several premium brands throughout the years (Blue Buffalo, Wellness, Avoderm, Nutro) and this food is by far the best. She would tend to get diarrhea or an upset stomach from time to time with the other brands. That has never been the case with The Pet Pantry. They have such a wide variety to pick from and if you cant decide, just email them and you will get a recommendation from Thor, the owner of the company. I love the free delivery, I love the quality product and I really love that I am supporting a NC business.

Such an amazing company! Weve ordered from Pet Pantry for about 2 months & the food is always delivered quickly (thank you for that! I cant imagine going back to the days of lugging 50lb dog food bags around the store) Today was the best experience yet! Our delivery driver, Jimmy, had never delivered to us before & our address causes GPS to pull 2 different streets in Apex that have the same name (frustrating!) Jimmy went out of his way to call and ensure he delivered to the right street because our front yard flag has an "S" on the yard & I ordered with my maiden name, "O". Thank you so much Pet Pantry! Great customer service every time weve used you :)

I started buying better dog food about 7 years ago, but its sometimes hard to know what to buy. Then you go to the store and try to lug a 45 pound bag of dog food into a cart, then into your car, then you have it get it inside the house. Thor and the folks at The Pet Pantry are great. They explained the food options to me when I had questions. They always process my orders quickly and accurately and deliver the food to my house! They also include a personal treat for both my dogs. They whole experience is great, and I know my dogs are eating healthier options. Ive been ordering from The Pet Pantry since 2010 and couldnt be happier.

To make a really long story short: my dog decided he didnt like the food hed been eating for 2 years after I had just bought over 100 dollars worth of it. Pet pantry worked with me extensively throughout the process, sent me free samples (within 24 hours) of multiple foods for him to try, once he decided on a new one they swapped what I had already purchased (even what was already opened) with the new food that he liked, for free. I really wish there were more companies out there like this, and Im really thankful to be with a company that cares about me and my pets the way Pet Pantry does. Free delivery, great customer service!

I am in LOVE! I have a 4 1/2 year old boxer who has a ton of food allergies and a very sensitive tummy. We had to find a food with no corn, rice, or chicken. I put her on the Hollistic Opticoat and she is doing fantastic! No more throwing up or bloody loose stools and constant terrible smelling gas! And she is in general a happier dog. She used to have stomach pains that made her miserable, they are gone and she is much more comfortable. I am very happy with the food an the service provided by this fantastic company.

Kelly, our sprollie (springer spaniel/border collie mix), was a year old rescue when she became a member of our family. I spent her first year with us trying to find a food she would eat. At our yearly visit the vet suggested that we try the Pet Pantry. The Pet Pantry delivered samples of their food for Kelly to try and we found a formulation that she loves. I dont know what makes me happier, the quality of the food, or the great service and convenience of delivery. Thanks!

I cant explain how excited I was to find The Pet Pantry in the Triangle area when I moved here. They have very high quality dog food that you dont find in other chain pet stores. My dogs love TOTW food, but I dont find it in other nearby pet stores. Now my dogs can have what they want. And the best part is that you can order the food online and it gets delivered to your dootstep next day! Or you can also pick it up. Way to go!! Really appreciate you guys!

The Pet Pantry is awesome! Weve been ordering from them for years and pay less than we did buying from the pet store. Thor is a great resource for any questions about special diets and he offers great customer bonuses like free treats with a code from their Facebook page and tickets to Durham Bulls games. They deliver for free, our pups are healthy and happy, and he donates a portion of our order to a local rescue. Such a great company :)

I must say, that this could possibly be the best dog and cat food around! I currently have 2 dogs and 4 cats, and all of them love the food, even my little chihuahua Roxy, who is the pickiest eater in the world! The convenience of the home delivery is spectacular, which means no more hauling dog and cat food home! Thor also delivers cat litter, and small animal food, and toys for all animals. Give it a try! You wont regret it!
