Great selection of natural/holistic dog and cat food. This place is really more than just a pet food store. The owner makes a point to research each brand and know what is in each product he buys. He will talk to you and find what your specific goals are and match the food to your needs. I personally could not afford he the most expensive food he offers but he made sure I found one to fit my budget and my dog has never been healthier. I think the most important thing to note however is that the owner makes a point to know you, your dog and makes you feel welcome every time you come in the store. That alone will keep me going back!

Im huge into dog nutrition and know more than the average person as Ive spent a lot of time researching it. I work with agility dogs, show dogs, and several dog rescues. Paws in the City is the first place in the Raleigh (in all of NC, really) area Ive visited where I felt the owner actually knows as much as I do. Jason (I think) was very knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and more than helpful. He has good prices, good selection, and doesnt pander to the "big brands". Paws in the City seems to be running an honest business, and I commend them for that. As long as I live in or near Cary, Ill be shopping here exclusively. Thanks!

They have a great no-grain senior food (NOW) and my 11 yo is crazy about it. Last week I ran out of his food, and they didnt have the small bag of senior, so the owner offered to let me buy an adult bag and return the unused after a day to exchange for senior when it arrived. AWESOME responsiveness and care for customers. I will be a customer for as long as their doors are open and I have a dog! They also have super nutritious treats.

I drive an hour round trip to come here to buy my dog and cat food. The owner Pam is a diehard animal lover who runs her own dog rescue. She has a huge heart and will gladly help make sure your pet is getting the best food and pet advice out there. Reba, Rain, Sunny, RC, Recon, Grumpy, Houdini, and Moms thank you for everything.
