Ive heard so many great things about DogGone Natural prior to getting my new dog, so my expectations were set rather high. Luckily, the folks over at this store exceeded those expectations. I walked in with my tiny yorkie in hand and was immediately greeted by an employee. I told her that I was looking for a gentle shampoo for my young pup and she guided me to the right product. I picked up my shampoo and decided to browse the store a bit. Although overwhelming, there seemed to be a variety of items my pup, Guinness would love to try. I planned to come back in a few weeks to try some food out as I had just purchased something from PetSmart the day before. Walked up to the register and I was greeted by someone who I believe was a manager/owner. I noticed him greeting customers by name as they walked in--huge plus. The manager noticed Guinness pretty quickly and started giving me awesome recommendations for her to snack on. After a few minutes of chatting, not only did he give me recommendations, but he sent me home with a boat-load of samples for Guinness to try! We got home and Guinness chowed down on one of the products he gave me. Wish I would have asked his name, but I was so surprised by the awesome customer service, it slipped my mind. Awesome service. Great products. Clean and inviting store!

I started shopping at DogGone Natural over two years ago, and it was the best thing i could have ever done for my two dogs!! The owners Kim and CJ are amazing helpful at finding the right food and treats for you dog or cat. And their staff is just as personable and helpful. My two senior dogs are very thankful to them for helping us get off the crap food and on to a more digestible food. Kim is very particular about what she is going to carry in the store, so you wont find any junk food here. I know that if i have any questions with regarding my dogs i can head straight over to Kim for her wonderful knowledge. She is always very helpful. Doggone Natural always has a solution and they never try to push anything on you. They truly care about their customers and their 4-leggers. Dont be fooled by the other "natural" dog food stores. There people KNOW what they are talking about

It was bit hard for me to find this place at first- but dont let that deter you! This is a boutique type pet store that has some of the dog foods you wouldnt find at the big box stores. They have toys and treats and it is just an inviting place to go. They do allow dogs to come in the store! They also have bags outside with a little grass patch in case your pup needs a break. They had a great food program that you should inquire about as well. I believe if I bought 12 bags of a certain type of dog food, I got one free. Dont quote me on this- but they write down every time I come so I know I am earning towards something! Really like this place. It was also voted "Best of Loudoun 2017" which means I wasnt the only person to dig this joint!

I am a dog and cat owner and work in the animal care industry so I love frequenting pet stores. I have only been there one time so far. They have a very nice selection of products. The customer service wasnt all that great. No one greeted us or offered to help with anything. When I went to the counter to pay no one was there to help. Someone came in after me to ask a question at the front counter and she was helped first, by two people. After a minute or two one person finally asked me if I was ready to check out. I will still continue to go back, I just wont expect any help.

So, I went into this store to find an alternative dog food since the one my "little nugget" was eating had been recalled. I found myself getting information and educated on things about dogs in general I thought I already knew. Wow, I am impressed. This store had such a friendly staff. The woman I was talking with knew so much that it threw me for a loop....a lot of info. If you havent been here I suggest you try it. Best pet store Ive ever walked into!!! - and cool floors too!

People are always friendly and helpful here. They will answer any questions and give you recommendations. They have a rewards program too. Thank you DGN for providing natural and a good variety of products that even my dog (thats sensitive to pretty much everything) can have!
