Horrible service. I came in for a Sim card. There was only 1 staff member in the store and 1 customer ahead of me. The person ahead of me left to do an errand for a good half hour. Shaina the attendant sat there for about 25 minutes setting up that phone. Finally when she helped me it took less than 5 minutes. No possible reason why she could not have multitasked and helped me. Also she never even checked to see if my phone worked with the Sim card. If you want decent service go to the one near the mall.

Hey folks, this is the AT&T store to go to for genuine customer service. Rosa is pleasant, polite and professional, and as an added benefit, extremely knowledgeable. I had an awful experience at the Kennedy Rd. Windsor location, then read the review of the Buckland Hills mall store, so when I went into this location, I was prepared for the worst. Just the opposite, I was so relieved to find that AT&T does have some associates who are customer service focused. Thanks again, Rosa!

Great visit, it is clear the staff is really trying to find ways to go above and beyond for each customer in order to drive business. It was clear they were interested in building a long term customer and not just get a quick commission like other branches Ive been in. I will only be going to this location from now on. They helped turn a nightmare of a day for me into something I could deal with, and on top of that found me a discount on my bill I wasnt even looking for.

It was very good. I just cant explain how much it mean to have such a great customer service. Rosa Cruz she is such a great person. when I go to pay my bill she makes me feel welcome. great job girl , we need more people like you in this world
