manager is a jerk and employees dont do there job. I say on the phone for 30 real minutes. No exaggeration. Drive to store to find it if they have what I need. All employees standing around. see off they have what I need, nope. call while Im standing there watching them all talk and giggle. No one answered. while I was standing there. Manager is a jerk, and obviously doesnt manager his people. the employees complain the store didnt make enough money. Maybe if they took the time to take care of customers they would do better. My guess is that the incompetent manager cant be dealt with because they would pull the homosexual and minority card. Am I an ass for saying it that? Maybe but every time I see the manager he is gabbing. When asked to take care of a recent purchase product that failed inside of a month (600$) he says no. So yeah maybe Im an ass for pointing it out. Hes an ass for not taking care of customers and managing half assed employees.

Bought a saw that my husband wanted for his birthday. Tossed the receipt after we saw it worked. After using the initial charge, it wouldnt hold its charge. Tried to return and received questionable Customer service at best. No apology or anything. Then the return clerk handed me a little receipt with a phone number and said my return was denied, I politely asked why and she said she didnt know and to call the number on the receipt. Then she walked away. Wow, okay. I called the number on the receipt from the parking lot and the nice young lady on the other end said that she couldnt tell why my return was denied either. So I tried to call the store Manager on Duty, Joseph, who basically told me there was noting I could do. So now I am out 100 bucks and stuck with a saw that only works for two minutes at a time. I will NEVER ship at home depot again. Lousy Customer service all around.

Sorry HD guys, but truth be know, this store sux and theyre not even trying to make it better. Ive been trying this store for over 2yrs and am always disappointed. There are only 2 ppl here that are knowledgeable and nice. They never have what i want, i end up ordering from amazon bc Lowes is more expensive amazon...very frustrating. -Bk PS anyone who gave this store a 5, works there! **update**20151111 the 2 knowledgeable people i liked dont work there anymore :`( **I asked my wife to exchange a wire shelf and they yelled at her bc are kid was in the kart and not the kidi part. They didnt offer to help find the longer wire rack. **update 20160930: the only size and color of sun screen frame they dont have is 5/16 stucco... the size I need.

I use to use the Home Depot off of McDowell Rd. because of the service I received from one of their Pro-Desk person named Angie , even though it was inconvenient for me to go that far out for what we use ,she always made it worth it based on her professionalism and service techniques. When she left that location I went back to using the local Home Depot nearest me but that was always a challenge. Several months ago I found out that Angie had moved to the Laveen Pro-Desk Location , since then I have used her and that location excursively for my companies needs. If you want the help you need in the Pro-Desk area ask for Angie you wont be disappointed.

Monday, January 18, 2015: I used to work at Home Depot, and this place makes me ashamed to admit it. When I asked a girl if she worked in the department I was in, she said: "NO!" And kept walking. Three other employees were not rude but not polite either, and knew ZERO about the products they sell. I would MUCh rather go to Ace Hardware on 75th Ave and Lower Buckeye, but they went out of business since Home Depot has too many stores. Working for HD is miserable too. $9.00 an hour with a constantly rotating schedule so you cant get a 2nd job even if youre willing to. Glad I dont work there anymore! I will also try not to shop there!

Awful... I needed to get some duplicate keys made. I gave her two keys and told her that I needed one copy of each. She made the first key and then the second, then she looked at me and said those are the same keys right? I said no (how would that make sense to ask for one copy of each key if I could just ask for two copies of one of them). So she used the key she just had made...again....for my other key. Obviously when I got back to my house, the key did not work cause the machine cant get put something back onto the key... Had to pack up my kids again and drive back again. I guess its Lowes from now on.

Went here today looking for a certain item. The website said they had 35 of this item. Checked where it was supposed to be, checked other displays, asked customer service, asked another employee, and their computer said "no home". How do you have 35 of something but not know where it is. Then the guy that was supposed to look for it left me on the aisle and never came back. I waiting about 45 minutes thinking he was trying to find it, but when I saw him as I was leaving, he didnt even remember who I was.. Im glad I didnt buy it online to pick up in store, I would have been pissed.

Have always received good service here. I frequent this HD and have never had a problem finding someone to help me. Store is always clean. Last time a guy collecting cars met me in the parking lot and took my propane (grill) refill from me and walked me to the cashier and went and swapped the units out for me. At Walmart i have to wait by the cage while they page someone who is probably at lunch.

No star . I ask for assistance for tool belt suspender . Under $10 four clamp black suspenders . They sent us back into same aisle where where weve been looking . Beth stood there pointing never entering aisle . Beth says I can see it them from here , 25 away . You suck Beth and the guy you sent in to help . Cause hes never seen a black suspenders sold in the store before in all his life .

Slow as molasses. Every time you go to the pros desk theyre always trying to figure out their left front their right...its BULLSHIT. Its not even busy! Girls are too busy flirting with the contractors rather than paying attention to what they have to do. 3rd time in a row, SAME experience. End up paying for stuff cash and getting reimbursed from company later.

Been shopping at this location for about 9 years, overall pretty good not quite the selection you get at 75th Avenue so make sure they stock what you are searching for here. My only real complaint would be sometimes the employees leave you hanging and wander off when they are supposed to be helping you find something.

Somemtimes the staff is great. For examlle, Lydia in the garden section and one of the paint guys (tall guy, cant remember his name), but a lot of times, the employees are unfriendly, unknowlwdgeable and kind of rude. They just need a seminar or class on customer service I think.
