I have used this place for years with no issues, but recently things have changed. I purchased an inlet valve yesterday to replace the defective one in my dishwasher, but before I could get to the repair, my wife asked me to purchase a new dishwasher instead. I tried to return the part to have my 65.00 returned and was told that the receipt shows all sales are final. First of all this should be explained when purchasing and not just printed on a receipt. Secondly, the part never touched my dishwasher, therefore could still be sold as new. I would have even been happy paying a 15% restocking fee like most normal companies charge. The part was 30.00 online, but I decided to impulse buy it from here for double the cost. I will not be returning here after this experience, as this is not good business.

NEVER, NEVER, NEVER will I buy from this company again! I am an everyday homeowner trying to fix my appliance. I picked up the part and was not informed it could not be returned. I took it home and found out that it was not the part need and tried to return after 12 hours! The store didnt care just said electrical parts can not be returned no matter what. I called the regional manager and he was no hope. Also said anyone with common sense would know better. REALLY! Now I am stuck with a $200 part, fantastic!

By far best place to go for your AC Needs. Great people very responsive to your needs. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I couldnt fine my credit card in my purse and had some cash I was short about $2 and the guy was like its ok dont worry about it. Very cool people definitely recommend.

They were upfront about costs and return info. They helped me find the part since mine was outdated. 30 days later the part is working fine. The price was 300 dollars cheaper than what a repairman wanted (capacitor)

Quick and efficient. I brought in my dryer idler pulley and they got me a new one. I was in and out in 5 minutes. If your fixing your own appliances this is the right place to go.
